    Salamun alaykum

From reading these verses , it seems that The God was talking about His Messenger to someone else especially from verse number 2 onward . But who was this "companion" that the god telling about His messenger ? Or was The God talking to His messenger about some other messenger who was the companion of the prophet ? After all it wasn't unusual to find 2 prophets and messengers conveying god's message at the same location and people as Musa and Haroon did .

For those who has a better understanding of these verses please enlighten me and other people , I have been looking to find a clear and better understanding as to who this companion was without getting a reasonable and satisfactory answer to date . Thanks .

    Peace

        Peace

First of all thank you for you prompt answer . I know that The Qur'an is valid then , now and in the future . Now if you say " Muhammad is my companion " , does that means he is still alive ? If the "the companion" in 532 was Muhammad who was god telling those verses to ? Or do you think the god was telling Muhammad to tell his friend(s) that he is not mad or lost/strayed ? We all know the The Qur'an is addressed to all people then , now and forever .

        Peace
