*Which Salaat is Witnessed* ?

Salamun alaykum
"Keep up prayer from the declining of the sun till the darkness of the night and the morning recitation; surely the morning recitation is witnessed" .
From this ayat , we can see that only the "dawn Salaat / Prayer " ( for those who believe Salat = Prayer ) is witnessed , so what about all the other Salaat/Prayers , are they not witnessed ? And witnessed by whom ? If by God , does He only witness the morning Salaat/Prayer and absent at other Salaat/Prayer times ?

EVERYTHING is witnessed by God. It is just emphasizing on 'dawn reading' because it is said that Pr. Muhammad read more/a lot of the Quran in the dawn prayer and because it is said that the angels of night switch with the angels of day and they both witness it. But like I said, EVERYTHING is witnessed by God.

It's "reading" not salat, and is witnessed by the person who reads it; witnessed in the sense that the reader will remember it through his day, becaue in the morning they have already had their sleep and do not fall asleep while reading. If they had troubles during the day, the night sleep will calm them down and in the fajr one feels fresh and the brain has had its rest.

Hi all,
And you read from the book and become a witness for your ownself regarding what is being read.
Then when night falls, you again keep up the salaat, for the salaat deters you from evil and makes you remember God much.
The bigger picture is that God created the day for you to work and the night to rest. The verse is oft-repeated throught AQ. So as you rise and as you retire, you link yourself to God with humility and thankfulness for everything he has provided you. Simply, you are upholding the covenent which God has taken from you when he sent you here for an appointed time.
God bless.

Peace everyone,
Maybe it means that the fajr salaat is routinely congregational, and hence the reading of the qur'aan is witnessed by others, whereas the 3isha salaat is usually individual, unless performed on the day of gathering.

Or perhaps this verse needs to be re-translated to the closest proximity of its truth ? let's see what the arabic text and one of its translation by shakir .
"Keep up prayer from the declining of the sun till the darkness of the night and the morning recitation; surely the morning recitation is witnessed" ( 1778 ).
My personal take of this ayat is currently as follow We are to guard or uphold our commitment to the law , from the time approaching darkness and during the night ( for most vice are done or planned at night ) , and (reading) The Qur'an is like a Dawn or beacon of light that brings us out from the darkness into the light ; for surely in the light of dawn everything can be seen ( witnessed ).
