Impossible to tell unless you trust orthodoxy but usually the prophethood figures have some kind of a halo of vagueness around them.

You could rise the same question of the other messengers, Moses, Ibrahim etc...
If it is not mentioned, it is I think because it is not relevant for your salvation but for Jesus for example there was a big lie and therefore God mentioned some details about it.
