Alternative method- Root Theory (RT) vs Etymon Theory (ET)

In my research I found a theory regarding words roots in arabic that support a different way of the so called triconsonantic.
I would like to have some feed backs from you, please read the basics here

Basically the idea is that the nucleus of the word (not the root) is based on 2 letters only and not 3 as stated by RT.

I think you misunderstood what the paper is trying to say. The paper shows evidence in favor of the root theory making the etymon theory unlikely, and not the other way around as you are implying.

I am sorry for the confusion, you are right.
I was following a seminar online but it is in french, so to introduce it in English I made a search on google and I paste one of the links I found here.
In any case the seminar is about 10 sessions each, lasting btw 60 and 90 min given by a french professor at the University.
I am at the 2nd session and I can tell you he dismount easily the RT theory.
