Help with Words
-
Thank you. I have another four
Zakat
Dawah
Hijab
KhutbahZakat - contribution towards betterment, purification, increase, charity (basically any kind of charity - be it food, money, knowledge, etc. etc. on the day of harvest; ie. when you recieve it.)
Dawah - missionaring(?), the thing that missionaries do
Hijab - veil (not just head-cover, any kind of veil)
Khutbah - sermon
From your first list you wanted to know "salat".
It means "contact", "contact prayer, "follow closely", "connection" "remaining attached" (note some of these are from the root of the word, not just the noun, that's why there are verbs). -
