I don't think circumcision has any Quranic basis so don't worry I'm not offended. I agree that circumcision is wrong.

            Peace,
            Respectfully.

Brother, you don't have to add anything to your body. The Exalted God The Most High has created a human being perfect and nothing needs to be added, deleted or corrected.
Humans usually think they are either too fat or too skiny or have a big nose or need to stay young forever but no, God AllMighty has made us the way He has made us and that is it.

            Peace.

In the old testament is specifically mentions not to tattoo the body. (Mind you I have 3)

954 We have created mankind in the best form.

2314 Then We created the seed into an embryo, then We created the embryo into a fetus, then We created the fetus into bone, then We covered the bone with flesh, then We brought forth a new creation. So glory be to God, the best of creators.

2788 And you see the mountains, you think they are solid, while they are passing by like the clouds. The making of God who perfected everything. He is Expert over what you do.

327 The One who perfected everything He created and He began the creation of the human from mud.

8018 From what did He create him?
8019 From a seed He created him and molded him.

The Exalted God The Most Wise did not forget anything, He The Most High created a human and we are not suppose to change it.
                Peace.

I must disagree there. Ever visited a difficult births ward of a hospital? Some born deformed, twisted or in all manner of disfigurements?

Do you mean to say, that when these children grow up, they should not undergo corrective surgery because they were apparently created perfectly in the first place?

Circumcision is also a custom in hadith plagiarized from the bible http//pressthat.wordpress.com/2007/09/06/hadith-plagiarized-from-the-bible/

CHAPTER 9 CIRCUMCISION IS FROM THE BIBLE, NOT THE QURAN.

We have been reading just how much of what is believed to be part of the religion of Ahlus Sunnah and Shiah are actually plagiarized from the Bible. Todate we have seen that NONE ? absolutely NOT ONE of the religious practices of the Sunnis and the Shiahs can be found detailed inside their own Quran. Circumcision is definitely one of them. Another big one is their five daily prayers. None of these things which the Sunnis (and Shiahs) believe in is found inside the Quran.

Over the years I have been asking the Sunnis and Shiahs again and again to show me at least one thing they do in their religion which is definitely from the Quran. So far they have not been able to show me anything at all.Even something as mundane and simple as their greeting is different from the greeting taught to us inside the Quran. The Sunnis and Shiahs say ?Assalamu Alaikum?. This is not found in the Quran. The Quran says ?Salamun Alaikum? ? a slight yet major difference. Do not take such differences slightly. But the point is proven ? even their ?Assalamu Alaikum? is different from what is in their own Quran. We have seen so far that many of their beliefs are taken from the Christian Bible. We have seen that even the Ahlul Sunnah concept of ?aqeedah? or faith is plagiarized from the Hebrew Bible. Even ?aqeedah? is a Hebrew word. In the Quran you cannot find the word ?aqeedah?. Only derivatives like ?uqudat? and ?aqada? are mentioned but they do not carry the same concept as ?aqeedah? which has been plagiarized from the Bible by the Ahlul Sunnah.

Well here is one more item on the list of Ahlul Sunnah and Shiah beliefs that is not found anywhere in the Quran but is stolen from the Christian Bible Circumcision.

The Ahlul Sunnah and Shiah believe that circumcision is a part of their religious belief. They believe that the Prophet taught them to circumcise their children. The situation is so bad that the Sunnis even circumcise their female children. The mutilation of female genitalia is a serious problem in Africa and the Middle East.

The truth is GOD never asked the Sunnis or Shiahs to circumcise anyone. On the contrary GOD says that He made the human in a perfect shape

?GOD it is Who appointed for you the earth for a dwelling-place and the sky for a canopy, and fashioned you and perfected your shapes, and hath provided you with good things. Such is GOD, your Lord. Then blessed be GOD, the Lord of the Worlds!?
So GOD has made us perfect ? including the foreskin on the male and the genitalia of the female. There is no need for any smart Sunnis or Shiahs to try and improve on GOD?s creation ? even as an option, an exercise of freewill or whatever. Sunnis or anyone else have the freedom and option to cut off their foreskin or to cut off any other part of their body ? but that is not part of GOD?s commandments. Let us be clear.

But where does the Ahlul Sunnah and Shiah belief in circumcision come from?

Once again the answer lies in the Christian Bible. Since many of the early Sunnis were converts from Christianity or Judaism they brought with them their own beliefs and systems that later became the Sunni / Shiah religion. One example is the Covenant of Circumcision from the Bible.

Any uncircumcised male who is not circumcised in the flesh of his foreskin shall be cut off from his people; he has broken my covenant.? This is the covenant of circumcision.

                          Also the following

Abraham was ninety-nine years old when he was circumcised in the flesh of his foreskin.

                          .

Here is the rest of the Biblical story about circumcision

And Ishmael his son was thirteen years old when he was circumcised in the flesh of his foreskin.

And here is another particularly cultish ritual from the Bible

Exod 425.11] Then Zipporah took a flint and cut off her son?s foreskin, and touched Moses? feet with it, and said, ?Surely you are a bridegroom of blood to me!?

The Sunnis do a similar thing today. The circumcision of a male child is cause for much hullabaloo complete with feasting and flocking together.

So once again we see that the Ahlul Sunnah and the Shiahs are actually very good Christians. They uphold the old Biblical beliefs when almost all of Christendom has abandoned these same Biblical beliefs.

That's not what i was referring to. If a person is born with some sort of disfigurement, then yes, doctors should correct it. But then again, you must ask yourself, who made the mistake? because i can assure you that if a mother or a father smokes or drinks alcohol or uses illegal drugs or lives under extreme stress or doesn't eat proper food, doesn't get enough sleep and so on, then, yeah, there will be problems at birth, during delivery, even afterwards.

If a person is born with an extra toe, then that should not be corrected because i don't see a problem in that.
Here, it depends what kind of deformity ar eyou talking about. Please, provide an example.

                            Peace.

                              Peace Rashidala,

You did not read my article

"One other argument they put forth is that some babies are born with disorders, so the understanding of the verses on perfection of creation has to be seen differently. For example they say, the verse, "We have indeed created man in the best of moulds." (Qur'an 954) cannot be used against circumcision as humans are not always born perfect. What they do not understand is that the verses we read on perfection of human beings' body in the Qur'an are referring to the actual 'blueprint' - or in other words, the 'default plan' in Allah's creation. That is, for example, all humans have five fingers on each hand, two eyes, one tongue etc. That is the actual design of Allah. If there is a baby born with a disorder, for example with four fingers instead of five, then this particular baby's disorder is not part of Allah's blueprint (which is perfect), hence the reason we are calling the condition a 'disorder'!

The foreskin is part of Allah's blueprint as all male human beings are born with it (a default part of the DNA), which makes it part of Allah's perfect creation and which is why all the verses we quoted are applicable. This is why the suggestion of circumcision as a beneficial procedure for the male human being is actually a gross insult against the perfection in Allah's design as well as Quranic verses."

                              http//www.quranicpath.com/verses/circumcision.html

Thus it is ok to correct a disorder, but the foreskin is not a disorder (quite the opposite, a needed part of the penis for optimal performance and functioning).

Just wanted to bring this topic back up again. I want to share this video (in 3 parts)

                                    http//www.youtube.com/watch?v=0vUjzvNHexI
                                    http//www.youtube.com/watch?v=_c3190--TN8&feature=channel_page
                                    http//www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZlFI9zDZ_bY&feature=channel_page

Circumcision is a pure mutilation and I dont understand why so many people are impartial on this issue. Its male genital mutilation nothing short of that. Why is it people show double standard with male? Both male and female one is genital mutilation and here is why.

Not only is circumcision (the word is a euphemism) is a highly traumatic and painful experience for the infant/child or an adult...even with anesthesia...it causes several LIFELONG harms. In a baby, its even more painful because at birth, the foreskin is fused to the glans like your nails to your finger, the surgeon has to forcibly sperate the two...this is excruciatingly painful on a finger even more with the penis because glans is more sensitive. Many people dont know this fact. (The foreskin becomes retractable by it's self as the child grows to puberty, parents should NOT attempt to forcibly retract it at any point)

*subconscious affect of liefelong traumatic pain on the brain

*About 20,000 to 30,000 nerve endings are cut away by removing adult equivalent of about 15 square inches of foreskin in a circumcision. Tens of thousands of nerve endings are missing for sexual pleasure. Its said to be the most sensitive part of the penis which is removed!

*karatanization of the glans...glans is meant to be a moist protected organ. Its like your eyeballs, you would not touch your eyeballs directly but over your eyelids, it stings. The rubbing of underwear/towels etc. leads to a loss of sensitivity of the glans with further reduction in sexual pleasure on top of missing foreskin. The glans through chafing and abrasion develops a coating of hardened skin making it less sensitive. There is also an additional source of pleasure destroyed the gliding action...

*the word foreskin is also not a good term (its a thick sheath of skin) glides over the shaft and glans for pleasurable sensation in intact males over in built lubrication. This pleasurable gliding action is lost due to it bieing cut and stiched on the shaft making it a static organ (further with loss of 20,000 or more nerves on removed foreskin and glans sensory loss through abrasion on clothes results in significant loss of sensation during love making)...so far we have listed 3 ways in which sexual pleasure has been reduced significantly.

*angled penile extension - in an intact penis, the sheath of skin glides smoothly with mucosa lubrication underneath (like under your eyelids) and the shaft can extend as much as required comfortably with the gliding action...on an circumcised penis, they stitch the foreskin and it is stuck/fixed and often full and comfortable erection is not achieved / angled penile extension because of the pull from the skin and shaft unable to extend.

*Irritation on the glans due to abrasion in underwear or towel...even loosing sensitivity, it is sensitive enough in adult life cause lifelong discomfort which the man has to learn to ignore. I have spoken to many circumcised men and they all ackowledge this.

*Even during non arousal state, because the foreskin is stitched in fixed position..the glans retraction (as it does during normal acitvity) means the foreskin buckles and creases against the stitched position. This is uncormfortable compared to an intact one. In an intact penis, excess skin gathers ahead of the glans but not with a circumcised one.

*the exposed glans can become cold as the foreskin serves as temperature regulator and is missing.

Men circumcised and birth or childhood dont know the difference. The above problems is learnt to be ignored or dealt with by the brain (for example daily irritation of the glans, buckling of foreskin etc). Sex is pleasurable still but they dont know how it is to be intact so dont know the difference. That is one reason why lots of circumcised men do not complain. Also many men, do achieve the strength of mind to acknowledge that something is inately missing or less functional of their body, this requires a level of mental conviction. There is also a phychological affect of hiding the pain of acknowledhing that this was done upon them without their consent by their own parents. All this leads to a passive view by men to what is really a brutal and abusive surgery or butchery rather. How GOD created the penis is perfect in the womb

"We have indeed created man in the BEST OF moulds." (Qur'an 954)

"Then We made the sperm into a clot of congealed blood; then of that clot We made a lump; then we made out of that lump bones and clothed the bones with flesh; then we developed out of it another creature. So blessed be GOD, the BEST OF ALL CREATORS!" (Qur'an 2314)

"The work of GOD who has PERFECTED EVERYTHING (He created)." (Qur'an 278

"He the One Who has made PERFECTLY everything He has created He began the creation of human beings with clay" (Qur'an 327)

"Woe to man! How ungrateful He is! From what thing does God create Him? He created him from a droplet and then ORDAINED HIS PROPORTIONS." (Qur'an 8017-19)

", 'I will lead them astray and fill them with false hopes. I will command them and they will cut off cattle's ears. I will command them and they will change Allah's creation.' Anyone who takes Satan as his protector in place of Allah has clearly lost everything. He makes promises to them and fills them with false hopes. But what Satan promises them is nothing but delusion." (Qur'an 4119-120)

Did people know that this practice was introduced into America in the 18th century to prevent masturbation? I urge all to read upon and be informed before carrying out this terrible butchery on their sons.

                                    Peace.

PS. I noticed that the freeminds article on this issue was allowing it as a personal choice...didnt even mention infant circumcision as wrong at all (where another persons body part is removed without his consent), nor did it consider it against Quranic principles as the verses to me are crystal clear that circum-mutilation is a violation of God's path as he says he created people in perfect form. The penis is perfect as created in the womb and further the Qur'an states the satan will inspire people to cut off bits of the body.

Then it must have failed epically in my case then as I masturbate 1-2 times a day daily, on a daily basis. http//i248.photobucket.com/albums/gg179/Final_Fantasy_Ultimania/haermm.gif

I believe my constant gazing and addiction has to do with the fact that I am circumcized.

Since according to that article...those who are circumcized may do unbiological and abnormal things to stimulate themselves. Rang a bell immediately...

Elsewhere in that article where it talks about accidents where boys got totally amputated (surgeons cut off the entire thing) they were made to be raised as girls! Wtf? How would that do anything? They still got the testicles and even if you want to cut that off they don't have a vagina either...

Circumcision is retarded. It is not worth the risk. So what it you have a lower chance of getting aids, and have urine still hanging around the foreskin? Don't fornicate, and wash your dick...

I'm starting to think that all my gazing and indulging in my habit is a result of all this so, may God take than into consideration...
