Being choked in your sleep

well my experience different...sometimes when I think deeply about God and I experience his love and beauty and feel the joy tremendous joy in my spirit Kind of feel high and I am just so much indulge in this phenomena like someone have dipped me in the river of golden light filled with mystical fragrance.... and then i feel my ruh dancing with delight and then sometimes i cannot get out of bed all of a sudden I feel as if my body is lying without my ruh in it just barely a link to it and makes me feel strange and gloomy...and it takes time to recover.

i thought this was a serious topic, but it seems those with these problems are not helped with solutions to how to deal with such paranormal nightmares. i do have a lot actually and i am really looking up to some real nice advice.
I don't get them anymore. I used to get them from oversleeping when having a nap but I set my alarm so that I don't oversleep. The solution depends on the cause.
