The companion of Moses was indeed a man according to me

Salaamun Alaykum,
Was doing some research on the famous Al-khidr. What I read on this forum and elsewhere as well, from quranic perspective, many people tend to think that person who Musa met and who Allah described as 'One of our blessed servants' in Surah Al-Kahf cannot be a man and can only be and angel according to the task it carried out. However, while going a little deeper into the Quran... Especially, when analysing the term used by Allah to describe this person which is 'MIN IBAADINAA' as it appears in , this is what I found
The term 'MIN IBAADINAA' has been used TEN(10) times all over the Quran. They appear in the following verses
1224 = Refers to Prophet Yusuf
1865 = Refers to Blessed Servant who Musa met with. <<---
1963 = Refers to those who repent, believe and work righteousness.
3532 = Refers to the Muhammad and his Ummah.
3781 = Refers to Prophet Nuh.
37111 = Refers to Prophet Abraham.
37122 = Refers to Prophet Moses and Aaron.
37132 = Refers to Prophet Elias.
4252 = Refers to Prophet Muhammad.
6610 = Refers to Prophet Nuh and Prophet Lut.According to these verses, none of the term 'min ibaadina' refers to any other being except humans. And as the Quran is a miracle Book which logically support and explain itself and is logically consistent with itself, I think it is safe for me to conclude that the person who Moses met was none except another human like him, with the sole difference that he possessed another level knowledge which Allah bestowed him with, the kind of knowledge which Moses could not grasp. The words used by Allah in the Quran are no coincidence at all and each word has been chosen with great care.
As for him being still alive, I have no idea on it but I think it is quite unlikely.

Angels do not ask human beings to serve them food nor they eat their food. The man bestowed with knowledge did ask the inhabitants of a locality for food. How could he be considered an angel? Those who call him an angel read Qur'aan thoughtlessly. And how popular or respected was he in his area/surroundings could be well imagined from the fact that he was not entertained even with one time meal. And look at the conjecture innovaters that they even assigned him a name.

A group of scholars is of the opinion that this meeting took place before he was assigned the responsibility of a Messenger of Allah while the other group opines that it was held after becoming Messenger. It is not a desirable thing to express opinion contrary to the opinion of someone else. The proper course of action is to ask the person giving some opinion on the strength of his imagination, speculation and conjecture, to present the evidence from the revealed Book or the visible sign from knowledge.

I think I might've read some syncretic article or something to that effect. Comparing Musa and Al-Khidr's relationship to that of Krishna and Arjuna.
Does anyone have any opinion about the similarity with the story of Elijah and Rabbi Jochanan?
