I read an old book (published in 2004) which says jets from quasars travel faster than the speed of light. Is this true?

good weekend...I don't actually understand this stuff (forgotten most of what learned in school about it) but i remember some young lad, mad and frustrated came telling us that Einstein's E=mc2 was wrong or something.

Quasars are amazing. One quasar has an absolute magnitude of -33.
