and 2), If what you really mean to say is "Do you think Nelson Mandella carries Similar Traits like Prophet Ibrahim (pbuh)?
I would reply...not really. What has he done that is similar to or of the measure of Ibrahim's Life and Challenges?

Every Prophet and Every Political Leader I History of Man had to go against Evil Authorities in one form or another.
When You mean Like, You are saying Similar Traits? Correct. Not Literally "A Prophet".I think the Prophets are Examples of Kahlifas that are here for us. Therefore, ANYTIME we are given a Trial or Tribulation in our life, We in some form or Fashion, Resemble or at least Carry a Similar Trait that the Prophets had when they were here.
For example, If you were a Whistle Blower Who Used to Work for a Corrupted Government, But then repented and Now made it your Mission to expose the Inner Truths and Free the People....
Id say you are "Like" Moses.
But Nelson Mandella? I dont know... You'd have to Really Explain and Clarify How he shares a Commonality with Ibrahim.
I see Ibrahim (pbuh) as a Highly Respectful God-Fearing Wise Father. One Who Humbly Looks for God, and Thinks Very Logically and Stands Firm. One who doesn't Get Angry very Easily, but will go to war when needed. A Father archetype.

I think i agree with you guys, but my quistion should have been who was the righteous man for the S.Africans or something- as Abraham has a meaning and what would the S.Africans say? was the righteous man for them in history.
Of course in the case of the jews the most righteous man was the one who argued with the then pharoah on their behalf, and i wonder who was the most righteous man for pakistan e.t.c
