Solat

My definition of solat is not theoretical but has been put in practice for over a year now. I've been recruited into an underground organization more than a year ago. There have been a lot going on but I'm not going to explained it here. In short Islam for me have been totally redefined. Their only material for brainwash is al-Qur'an. This include solat, they take the approach to slowly changing the definition of solat by first equalling solat = silah = connection.Then they divided solat into ritual and actual. We have to attend a qur'an class every week where we are teach their basic doctrin part by part. We also have to attend group binding several times a week. All activities happen at night. Then we're told that attending qur'anic class and group binding is part of solat because it hinders us from vice and evil. Then at some stages we're required to report our daily activities by sms and this is also solat to hold the connection. As we progress we have task to do including memorizing specific qur'anic verse and create connection with our friends and relative for new recruitment. This is also solat they said, to connect and recruit new people. Then in a formal class we're teach that solat is all the activities to expand the organization where everyone solat is different. This is the actual solat they said. To be continued.............................. this is only a small fraction of what we learn and practice and and i'm not ready to gives detail. Just to tell you all that at some places in this world a new definition of solat has been put in practice by thousands of people in an intricate network of organized and secret movement.
