Quran 9:71 and talking to women

I need something other than that verse because I'll here some people tell me that it means "believing men seperate to women", I need something solid in quranic verse terms that states that people are allowed to talk to another.
What's wrong with it... is that it requires more answers. I'm sure wakas uses yahoo answer.
So are you saying that we are forbidden to talk to each other if it's not in the Koran?

Where does the Quran say women and men need to be segregated? If you?re talking to traditionalists tell them women talked to the prophet and the companions, did they commit sin is this wrong?

2235 (Asad) But you will incur no sin if you give a hint of marriage-offer to these women, or if you conceive such an intention without making it obvious God knows that you intend to ask them in marriage. Do not, however, plight your troth with them in secret, but speak only in a decent manner; and do not proceed with tying the marriage-knot ere the ordained has come to its end. And know that God knows what is in your minds, and therefore remain conscious of Him; and know, too, that God is much-forgiving, forbearing.

Well the problem here is that you're looking to find a verse that states that you are allowed to do something. Generally- you're allowed to do something unless the Quran FORBIDS it. Otherwise you could ask countless questions like "I need to find something solid that states I'm allowed to go skydiving", "I need to find something solid that states that I can pet my dog"- not to belittle you but of course men and women can talk to each other because it is not forbidden. And if it were then believe me the human race wouldn't have survived.

Since writing is like talking, and I am not sure whether you are male or female, my niece, a Muslimah (female), asked me to convey your Muslim (male) friend the following response
No. A big Muslimah (female) NO! We, the Sunni and Shiite females, are not supposed to be talked to. We are expected to live inside black sacks, without communicating with men. When we reach age 9, our fathers start looking for good Muslim (male) husbands. Our fathers will find suitable men who have not talked to us nor have seen our faces, and they will marry us without even our presence. A group of Muslims (males) will do the nikah on our behalves followed by segregated wedding feasts.
According to our mazhab, Prophet Muhammad, Peace Be Upon Him, did not talk to women and women hid themselves from him. Though the Quran talks about Muhammad's (pbuh) making a covenant with women, according to our ulama it was through their fathers, husbands or behind a banana tree. Though the Quran mentions about possibility of Muhammad being attracted to the beauty of women, according to our ulama, it is not about their physical beauty but the beauty of the veil covering their faces and blacks sack covering their bodies from head to toe.
We are sinful and dirty. Don't be misled by the Quran (which cannot guide us without hadith, sunna, ijma, qiyas and ijtihad of the mazhabs), the great majority of the leading opponents of the messengers were not men, but women. Women will constitute the majority of hell. They are fitnah (see? even fitnah is a female word, like hurayrah). When we pass in-front of a praying man we nullify his prayer like a pig and a dog. (FYI, black dogs should be killed, since they are devils). If the body of our husbands were covered with puss we could not pay our debt to them by licking it. If other than God we were allowed to worship it would be our husbands. A man can marry four of us as virgins. I am not talking about virgin olive oil, I am talking about virgin women starting at age nine! In Shia, a man can marry us temporarily to satisfy his sexual desire.
We are deficient in religion and intellect. So, why men should talk to us? We are no more than their concubines! They can do only one thing with us.

I have a question for you.
1)What will happen to a person who has a weak belief in code 19 but can't verify it due to lack of knowledge. Would that be blind faith? (a person like me)
