    Salaam OPF and all,

You're damn right. God is ineffable, this is the meaning of God is "no thing". Yet God is EVERYTHING. To compare, consider what energy is. We know that everything is made of energy but nobody can or ever will be able to say what "energy" is! Of course I am talking about the ineffable essence behind the "energy" not "energy" itself. There is a saying, the tao that can be named is not the real tao.

What people are afraid of is the direct conclusion that results - that we are all collectively playing God whether or not we like it. Some will realise this and do justice to the name of God but a lot will not and they will blunder on.

The answer is already given for "What is ONE" in Sura/Chapter 112. Look at each and every aayat of it.

Please look at the reply # 7 on page 1 of this thread.

May Allah guide us all towards the truth pr

      Thanks.

You're right, this is the answer in the purest and simplest form.

The reason I expound on it is because it's very difficult to grasp what ALLAH is, not because ALLAH is hard to see but because of the incredible amount of confusion everywhere. When we read things, we always skim over things that we think aren't relevant. I know I have missed so many gems of truth because I dismissed them as nonsense, or cliche. Then I will come back to those same gems with opened eyes and suddenly I am awestruck by their genius.

Get your head in first brother. ) I forgive your tone, NP. Just please note your own use of the word "religion" and perhaps re-consider if there's a better way of expressing what you meant to say.

Firstly, don't expect the whole earthlings to embrace "Islam" as a "religion", and to top it all, as 'the one' and only 'standardized' way of life. It ain't gonna happen. If such thing is enforced, i'd have to fight against it. Isn't what matter, the answer your thread is trying to find--the One-ness, i.e. in the universality of every principle/pattern that is inherent to the nature of "Life"? Pro-creation, re-creation (instead of destruction).

There is a way to get out of mass poisoning & prisoning (mental, economical etc) decrease your reliance to the contemporary culture and all the complex layers & networks connected to it. Build your own self-sufficient, sustainable habitat turns ecosystem for your family and neighborhoods. Grow your own health foods and maintain your own clean water cycle, among other things. Connect with like-minded people. Grow as God-conscious communities, united by nothing else but the One Source. Not even religion will come close to self-consciousness, self-awareness that connects each human directly to its Source, the ONE Source.

The most ideal earth imho, btw, would be one with no religion and with no nations led by single individuals, not impartial to their people as they are bound by a partial, disintegrative system. No, any nation must be led by multiple leaders in equal order, as humans are not infallible. Each nominated and chosen on the base of morality and expertise throughout its life as witnessed by the people (perfect records). So in a sense, leaders are grown, not elected. The system would be totally oriented to the well-being of its people, verified in real-world measure (face to face), not through some high-level abstractions in the likes of numbers and statistics. Wealth and advancement is to be achieved through contribution. The more you're gifted, the more you give, the more you're given. The society is united by "helping interactions". Money is history. Politics is history. Sensationalism is history. Religious ruling is history. Spiritual development returns back as the life's most essential. The purpose of which the whole system as narrated above is based upon for minimum infliction. Keyline EACH human exercises its own consciousness and connection with the ONE Source.

This is my opinion to contribute to your thread, and thanks for reading.

This is very good analysis, brother. Sorry I had to prod you a little bit for it to come out. I see now that you are informed. Without question, we should all work to disentangle ourselves from corporate products, usury laced paper money and government handouts as much as we can.

I'm not so sure that complete isolation is going to work, because the whole planet is being affected by the globalization project, plus how are you going to protect your little eco-village if they decide to roll in the tanks to keep your society from spreading.

This is a slight diversion from the topic, but relevant. There seems to be something in mankind that seeks total power, and this must be related to our functional role as khalifa on earth. So dictators are the ones who seize this capacity for themselves alone and then leave God out. Why is human history so riddled with attempts by individuals to concentrate power toward one great hierarchical man-made authority. It has to be in our nature to organize this way, but when disconnected from the One Source, these "orders" revert to a barbarism worse than any disintegrated tribalism.

The agenda of the rich and powerful is One World Government. This is no secret now. In fact, it is here already, it's just still pretending to have all these different faces called "states" to give the illusion of nationalism to the unquestioning consumer population.

I know you all hate the word religion, but let's try to make the best use of what Allah sent down. I fear that some of these cozy ideas might slide into New Age thinking where you just take God as you like it, when the system/order that was revealed is based on submission to something external, not internal. If we all could access the One Source within automatically by ourselves and be perfectly guided by it directly, then why would we need to be sent a messenger?

^^^ just read it today bro.

Such societies wont' necessarily be completely isolated -- not even partially. And it's not going to be any specific society 'made from scratch' either, it seems. Just what's already there, in the countries that are most ready, advancing following the inhabitant's raised consciousness. And what's great about living now is that, all those "old energy", the power hungry dictators controlling by fear and such and such etc will not fit in to the "new energy". We simply won't let it be. Corrupt leaders are visibly falling down now. And so will those 'invisible powers' scheming One World Government, perhaps in an invisible way too. Who knows, maybe they with their plans will actually be of help to the grand scheme of all? Maybe we're indeed entering a period of "unification"--just not in a way we thought it to be?

We were sent a lineage of messengers because we weren't able to find (i.e. remember) the message within ourselves. Not to say we can all do that now without any divine help. There is always ongoing divine help. It's just that it was much harder to find who you are inside then than it is now. but that's just my opinion. Nothing wrong with religions so long as it's not enforced (physically or otherwise).

Trust humans, brother. Collectively, we're not as foolish as we made ourselves look like. For the times, they are-a-changin'....
