How I became a Submitter Wife

Words from the prophet but the meaning from God? I'm not sure how that works. Can you explain that process and how it differs from words with their meaning from God? To me it sounds like you're saying his words are not his because God's meaning is in them.Sorry , I can't more explain because I feel that english is a poor language of meanings, I tried hard to give you the right meanings but yet you're still asking !! I don't know if it is your problem or mine !! but I'm sure I've gave the words in arabic try to see what I mean by them in english, I doubt you'll find a good explanations.
here the words again " " " "
Hmm...broke his commands for good reasons? So these people knew better than the prophet than?
the prophet peace be upon him has always consulted his companions in some issues to take their opinions is that means that they knew better than him..!!!! hmm
there were jewish and christian living in madina, so the companions were always watching their backs, any mistakes from them and these people could ruin their faith. They hid it for what? Did they hide it because these were not supposed to be shown? If they were not to be shown and they still had these sayings in their possession how does their release make it right when the prophet said not to do so?
when the prophet ordered them to stop writing his sayings that because the ennemies of Islam were living with them, so mixing between the hadiths and the Qur'an can come from this kind of ennemies of Islam and they might spread it and making confusion in the muslims world. So to avoid this he stopped evryone from writing his sayings because the inspiration of a verse from Qur'an followed later by the cause of the shadings and the interpretations from the prophet.so he oredered just to right the inspiration and leave the interpretion and the cause because these things can be memorized easily and the prophet can always remembered them about these things.
ah one more thing I know a companion he doesn't stop writing the sayings of the prophet and the prophet didn't say anything to him. What do you mean and where did you get this from?
from studying
The first question stands on it's own. Then the 3rd question is based on your answer to the 2nd question.
Joe
I didn't understand your questions..they are in a false orders .

You didn't asked to my questions from the begining, you conviced me about your unargumentated position..
I'm from Romania.
Brother don't try to change the Qur'an, let the Qur'an change you...
Peace be upon you.I'm not changing the Qur'an , what you can't understand is that hadiths came to interpret what came in Qur'an ..the end of the story.
PLus without having at least a knowledge of arabic let alone the knowledge of al fiQh, makes you arguing from a position of weakness .
Anyways do what ever you want, I just want to make a point, rejecting what I said it's your choice .
think again brother.
asalam alaykom. -

what you can't understand is that hadiths came to interpret what came in Qur'an
That is your opinion, but you can't prove it, and it is contrary to what the Qur'an itself says.
PLus without having at least a knowledge of arabic let alone the knowledge of al fiQh, makes you arguing from a position of weakness .
Why is it that native Arabic speakers so often resort to this if they run out of arguments? ) I don't know how many times I have read that in discussions ... if a person does not speak Arabic fluently, he / she is supposedly not capable of understanding the Qur'an or anything relating to Islam.
That is nonsense. Plus, if you read the discussions on here, it becomes obvious that there are many people with an excellent knowledge of Arabic around.
Also, there are countless scholars out there who not only have excellent knowledge of Arabic but have also studied ahadeeth, fiqh, Islamic history and other related sciences for years or decades -- yet their interpretations are in contradiction to the Qur'an. That just goes to show that knowledge of those things is of no use if you are lacking in wisdom, spirituality, a sense of justice, education, and many other things.

Salam
The Qur'an itself mentions in many verses that it detailled, perfect, complete and so on. Yet here you are saying it is not and needs additional information to make it "stronger".May I ask how you came to that conclusion?
I came to that conclusion because of hundred of verses
1- in this verse the speaker is the prophet but it's in Qur'an
(3)
{ (31) (32)}
here God talekd by the tongue of the prophet as an Interlocutor .
{ (59)}
in this verse God ordered us to obey him and obey the prophet and obey those who are in authority among us.Of course, and that is exactly the point. If there were things that God did not specify in the Qur'an, there must be a reason for it, i.e., that a detailled explanation of some issues simply was not necessary.
the reason that God didn't mention these things is that he let them to the prophet to mention them.is that hard to understand?
how do you know that mentionning these issues was not necessary?Btw, you ignored all of my questions in this thread. I would appreciate it if you could take the time to reply. Thanks.
Btw , try to be more patient. elektro

Sorry, but I don't understand this question.
don't bother yourself, I think we're arguing from a point where no one of us will conider the words of the other.
so to conclude ( do whatever you want and keep following what your brain tells you) and I'll do the same thing but of course I'm not following what my brain tells me because there are some things beyond my mind, that's what you can't see!!!.... We have not neglected anything in the Book
Yet you can't undrerstand the book ) ..and about the verses that you have chose they are our of their context.

I would really appreciate it if you could refrain from using a condescending tone. It has nothing to do with "understanding", it's a matter of differing opinions.

Salam,
Don't bother sister because as you may see he ignored everyone's questions...
Peace be upon you
Salam Alaykom,
As I see you did the same thing ... So don't advice someone while you can't hold the advice yourself.

No, it's not running away from answer you, Everyone from native arabic speaker find english a poor language because of the lack of the meanings plus the limits of derivation let alone the context of the sentence in english requires a specific orders limits the enlarge of the meanings .
the language arabic differs totaly from any other language in the world, we have the so-called the science of the language wgich is involved specific skills in arabic and the deviation of meanings differ in a word not a whole sentence . I can make "" in more than 365 words .

thank you for your suggestion, but I take my lessons from scientists of Qur'an and Sunnah.

ah sorry if you consider my post a condescending tone .

You said I know arabic which means a superficial knowledge of the language of the "Dh'adh".
First you attack people claiming they don't know anything because they don't know anything and then when someone says that they do know Arabic you claim that it is not good enough? Well, I've already given you the verses showing that God explains the Quran. By the way, you need to learn Arabic because it is Salamun 'alaykum not
Salam Alaykomsecondly, God have told his prophet some events aren't mentionned in Qur'an to make his message more strenght .
ok that doesn't even make sense so stop making stuff up. Read 693, 1815, 2968 and 3932.
if you said that hadiths is not coming with some issues aren't existing in Qur'an, think again because I can cite plenty of them .
Site what exactly? I've given you Quranic verses ie God's words that state that we can't follow the hadiths and that the messenger was not allowed to even say any of them. Do you have stronger proof?
some of the prophecies of the prophet that are not mentionned in Qur'an are the Arab shephers and the competition of buildings the tall buildings "tower" and if you look for statistics in a website you'll find that they are competing in building tall buildings, ah and let me remind you that the Arab shepherds are the people of the area of khalij where now the tall buildings are designed and built, and now the governor of saoudi arabic want to build the most great tower in the world breaking the records of what Qatar did or UAE did.
Yeah because they didn't have tall buildings then )

Hey sister don't challenge me(this is an advice) .
about what you said in "salamun'alaykum" adding the "un" like you want to give it a movement, well I don't need to add the "un" because after all is not arabic the real word is " " .
and about the verses that you gave me about that the Qur'an have already detailed is not literally, yes you're right Qur'an is detailed but not as you think .
you don't know where the Qur'an is detailed . the word"" means detailed in english but detailed in what, here they have to add detailed in provision which is in arabic " ".Site what exactly? I've given you Quranic verses ie God's words that state that we can't follow the hadiths and that the messenger was not allowed to even say any of them. Do you have stronger proof?
ah I forgot that you gave me verses out of their context tempt
Yeah because they didn't have tall buildings then
firs of all I've said Arabs shepherds >>>> the pictures are hundreds years ago before even the message of Islam.PLus no relation between the picture in the arab shepherds.
Second of all >>>> these buildings as you claimed that they are tall, their high is limiting in less than 400 m>>> the buildings in the hadiths talks about tall ones which they are now reaching more than 1000 m ..wake up.By the way, did you completely ignore the verses I gave you earlier? Because you keep repeating that the Quran is not detailed even though I gave you verses that say that the Quran is perfect, complete and detailed.
I didn't ignore them but I ignore answer you about them, because you don't know what's the meanings of detailed.
the meanings are
complete in verses and detailed in provision . I want you to understand, I'm not trying to defeat you!!
complete in verses and detailed in provision.... Who is more wicked than one who denies God's revelations and turns away from them? We will punish those who turn away from Our revelations with the pain of retribution for what they turned away {6157}
well, again the verse is out of its context, I'm not denying the God's words, in adition to this the verses talks about a specific people . nope

I don't understand your English so I have no idea what you're trying to say about the shepherds.. not that it matters anyway.
I don't know what you're trying to say about the problem with saying salamun 'alaykum. You might want to refer to the Quran and see how it is written there. I'm pretty sure God knows better Arabic then you.
Let me write a conclusion for you
-
If you don't know Arabic, then you can't understand the Quran
-
If you do know Arabic then you only have a superficial knowledge of it
-
Therefore no one understand the Quran except for me for I am holier than thou

The verses from the Quran don't matter anymore because they are always out of context

Yeah sure, first of all no comparison between creature and creator, he knows everything. The real problem is yours (you're making statements but you don't know what you're stating).

When I first got together with my Husband he was already a submitter but I was not, I was on the guidance of god but not as a submitter, I still attended my baptist church in new orleans but all there Jesus crap rubbed me the wrong way. I read and re read the psalms and proverbs and stayed pretty much in those books only. When I moved to another state to be with my husband(boyfriend at the time or whatever) he introduced to me www.submission.org and www.quran-islam.org and the Quran. I took my time reading Yusuf Ali's version and it touched my heart. I read the progressive muslims version of the Quran " The message" and again it touched my heart to be true. When I was going through a hard time and my husband I were going to split up due to him going through a spiritual Jihad with satan. He left for about a month and lived alone. In that time I re read the Quran in that month and started making my 3 daily salat, installed the adhan on the computer more out of a alarm clock neccesity but the Fajr salat really got to me. I said my shahaddah and was about to move on in my life without my now husband when wherever he was at it was not working out and he came back home. Within the First week of being back together he came back to his spirituallity and by Gods grace we were given a Quiblah and some Qurans and other islamical things by the people we were going to go buy a dresser from at like a yard sale. I became a SUBMITTER wife when I realized how the Quran was true, how the Quran was all I needed, not hadiths or the bible or anything else. I made my Shahaddah and I realized that GOD is real and that He is the only one I needed in my life. I became a wife to a wonder man who shares my same beliefs and values and religion. I came to be a submitter wife by GOD and His wonderful Guidance via the Quran.Peace,
Respectfully.welcome welcome to the forum, sister and may God bless you.
Many people have outstanding stories and this one is truly one about a struggle.
Keep up and keep reading The Quran. Keeps me on The Straight Path.
Thank God.Peace.
