Can wudu cause the spread of foot fungi? Unless you use soap.

Just beware in normal washing of feet, for wudu, soap is not a requirement! but having athletes foot or something we are adviced-medically, to use soap and hot water or the fungi can spread to your hands and other parts- especialy from one foot to the other e.t.c.
