Right Hand Vs Left Hand
-
I just make sure that both my hands are clean and i usually hold The Quran with my left hand and not to spite them but it's a habit now, what can i do?
I also make sure my hands are clean. But then I wash them relatively often anyway.
I usually hold it with both hands. It's quite a heavy book.

I don't know about the right hand left hand scenario being inbredded in religion. But the Quran does state that the successful will have their record on the Day of Judgement given to them in their right hand. There is no denying this.
1771 one Day We shall summon all human beings according to the conscious disposition which governed their deeds whereupon they whose record shall be placed in their right hand -it is they who will read their record . Yet none shall be wronged by as much as a hair's breadth
6919 Now as for him whose record shall be placed in his right hand, he will exclaim "Come you all!" Read this my record!
847 And as for him whose record shall be placed in his right hand,
848 he will in time be called to account with an easy accounting,Taking this into account plus the fact most of the human population is right handed, it swould seem logical to favour the right hand.
I have a brother who is left handed, but he does eat, shake hands and bats in cricket with the right hand , but writes and bowls with the left. I personally do not have a major problem with the left hand v right hand drama because we use both hands to eat, work, wash and pray. If it was only pro right handed, we would all be born with only one hand (right) so there would be no confusion ;D Right!

Above that verses, that record could be placed in the right hand even if you are left handed, being left handed that dosen't mean's you can't use your right hand anymore..
Peace be upon you..

Peace,
Respectfully.Yes, on Judgment Day the winners will receive their records into their right hands.
The Quran is The Book to be followed on Earth and has nothing to do with whichever hand you're holding it.Peace.

I think its Superstiton.
and as far as I know.....The Quran distroys all superstition.
I eat with both hands. Fried Chicken in one hand....Purple drank in the other!
"If you dont like fried chicken there is something wrong with YOU!" "I want that purple stuff"
-Dave Chappelle....FIY, (Dave chappelle is muslim! )
Using your two hands are not enough man. laugh

Peace,
this does not make sense to me at all. Firstly, I don't see Satan as a physical being with hands, feet etc. Secondly -- even if he was, I doubt anyone has actually seen him eating.are you kidding ? the angels have seen the Satan and maybe they told the prophet about that .

It is superstition.
Seriously, this is what makes people think new Muslims get OCD when they convert. They gave me a bunch of superstitions which made me go crazy for about a year thinking that this or that wasn't valid because I did it with the left side first. I don't want to tell you half the things I did in the name of these superstitions. In any case, I do most things with my right hand based on force of habit now. I still feel pretty uncomfortable eating with my left hand because it's the "Sunnah of Iblees".
But the whole thing about Quran only with right? I never heard that one before, oops!

Salaam,
Do you really think that satan has physical form like us, humans? That he has the need to eat like we do?I don't know if the Satan has physical form like us or not , the important thing is he is in need to eat like we do in a different way, I don't know how he eats things but he eats the equivalence of the things that we eat in our world, let me remind you that his world is parallel to our world and everything is parallel even you( you know that you have a Jinn as a friend but you don't know that, she (because you're a girl) follows you everywhere you go and she can sometimes makes decisions through you by whisper in your ears)

Satan is a jinn. Jinns do not have physical form.

Salaam, I thought Shaitan is a fallen angel & therefore different to a Jinn!?
All this left hand right hand talk is silly, sorry to offend anyone who doesn't think so. Does it really matter what you use your hands for as long as it's a good deed? How is being left handed a position? You can physically change position, inshallah, but you cannot physically change hands only what you do with them. If the left hand is so bad I think Allah would have created us without one. Lol, see what I mean!

712 said "What has kept thee from prostrating thyself when I commanded thee?" Answered "I am better than he Thou hast created me out of fire, whereas him Thou hast created out of clay."
Peace
bravo Was looking for that verse
