I was told of the following link (I dont know if many people already know of it).

The part I will specifically refer to are the links titled
Concordance of the Qur'an A-D (phonetic Arabic with English Alphabet)
Concordance of the Qur'an E-H (phonetic Arabic with English Alphabet)
Concordance of the Qur'an I-L (phonetic Arabic with English Alphabet)
Concordance of the Qur'an M-Q (phonetic Arabic with English Alphabet)
Concordance of the Qur'an R-Z (phonetic Arabic with English Alphabet)
Basically, it tells you every verse where a certain Arabic word occurs (as far as I'm aware).
Like the online root browser.
