This is where we have the problem. A lot of, if not all PM's believe that the Prophet PBUH's sole job was to deliver the message and that's it. And then they use certain ayats to back up their claim, thus going so far as even equating the Prophet PBUH to a postman who just delivers the message/letter/ post etc.

However, what is conveniently missed out from the equation is that in the same Quran, Allah SWT asks the Prophet PBUH to judge between the people and use the Quran as the guide. The Prophet PBUH is asked to be the jury. The Prophet PBUH is asked to deal gently with the followers and consult with them concerning matters of public opinion. The Prophet PBUH is given the right to make all decisions. Now, someone please tell me, which postman delivers the letters and then opens them to explain it's content to the receiver and then makes the decision for the receiver?

If the Prophet PBUH's job was solely the delivery, then why is he asked to do the judging and decision making on the same token?

The Quran tells believers not to make any distinctions between prophets in regards to saying we believe in some but not in the others. Following the way of the Prophet PBUH is not making a distinction as some people have also incorrectly stated. Because if this was the case, then the Quran itself confirms that Allah SWT gave some prophet's more than others, which can be classed as a distinction in line with the deviant interpretation

1755 seeing that thy Sustainer is fully aware of all beings that are in the heavens and on earth. But, indeed, We did endow some of the prophets more highly than others -just as We bestowed upon David a book of divine wisdom

Allah SWT chose the Prophet PBUH above all men similar to when He chose Mary mother of Jesus above all women, to deliver and show/explain the Quran after it was revealed and explained to him by Allah SWT. He came as a mercy, light, warner, bearer of glad tidings for ALL mankind and not just for his nation or his tribe.

21107 And We have sent thee as grace towards all the worlds.

Did not the Prophet PBUH pray? Did not the Prophet PBUH fast? Did not the Prophet PBUH perform pilgrimage? Did not the Prophet PBUH give in charity? Did not the Prophet PBUH marry and have children? Did not the Prophet PBUH distribute wealth? Did not the Prophet PBUH eat what was permissible and not eat what was not permissible? Everything mentioned in the Quran for the believers to do, was performed by the Prophet PBUH during his lifetime, to show us the path so that he can deliver the message in a clear and concise manner.

The Quran took a period of 23 years to be revealed in full. During this time, the Prophet PBUH did not disappear into an unknown planet and only came out of seclusion once an ayat was ready to be revealed. He lived among the people as a father, husband, leader, listener, judge, jury, employee, general, soldier, politician, leader, president, secreatry of state etc etc. An example for all mankind.

The Quran states the following about the Prophet PBUH

681 Nun. By the Pen and the (Record) which (men) write,-
682 Thou art not, by the Grace of thy Lord, mad or possessed.
683 Nay, verily for thee is a Reward unfailing
684 And thou (standest) on an exalted standard of character.

Following the Prophet PBUH is an article of faith fully endorsed by Allah SWT

465 But nay, by thy Sustainer! They do not believe unless they make thee a judge of all on which they disagree among themselves, and then find in their hearts no bar to an acceptance of thy decision and give themselves up in utter self-surrender.

    Peace

I'm sure 100 % that they will ignore your post.

That verse was not off-topic at all. We were talking about your conduct when discussing faith. The verse says
Invite to the path of your Lord with wisdom and kind enlightenment, and debate with them in the best possible manner.
Your Lord knows best who has strayed from His path, and He knows best who are the guided ones.
Are you telling me that this is what you are doing here? Are you speaking with wisdom, kindness, respect and genuine interest? No, you are doing the opposite -- ridiculing, attacking, mocking, trying to intimidate people. That's why I reminded you of what the Qur'an says about the issue. I can post more verses about appropriate conduct, if you like. None of them endorses the kind of behaviour and language you display on here.

You know why I was rude, because you have rejected everything I said. You know that I was rude just with you and some members here (most of them rejecting the hadith including you). So basically being rude is justified .

      Yes you did

I said , I didn't ask you to take my posts.

        Yes, with pleasure.

No, never ..I know this story and it was a fake story fabricated from the ennmies of Islam years ago, the story said that the prophet was receiving inspiration from God and to be specific Surat A-Najm, and when he arrived to a verse, satan whispered him to say the opposite of the verse ( the verse talked about the Idols ). The story is fake because the RAWI all his sayings are from the Daef. And one more thing the prophet God has ordered the angle to remove the chance of Satan from him when he was young, so satan impossible to come and whisper in his ears or in his mind. so the story is totally fake.

        NO, never.

here is a hadith about memory loss and hallucination of prophet (s.a.w) right from Bukhari

        Volume 7, Book 71, Number 660

        Narrated Aisha

Magic was worked on Allah's Apostle so that he used to think that he had sexual relations with his wives while he actually had not (Sufyan said That is the hardest kind of magic as it has such an effect). Then one day he said, "O 'Aisha do you know that Allah has instructed me concerning the matter I asked Him about? Two men came to me and one of them sat near my head and the other sat near my feet. The one near my head asked the other. What is wrong with this man?' The latter replied the is under the effect of magic The first one asked, Who has worked magic on him?' The other replied Labid bin Al-A'sam, a man from Bani Zuraiq who was an ally of the Jews and was a hypocrite.' The first one asked, What material did he use)?' The other replied, 'A comb and the hair stuck to it.' The first one asked, 'Where (is that)?' The other replied. 'In a skin of pollen of a male date palm tree kept under a stone in the well of Dharwan' '' So the Prophet went to that well and took out those things and said "That was the well which was shown to me (in a dream) Its water looked like the infusion of Henna leaves and its date-palm trees looked like the heads of devils." The Prophet added, "Then that thing was taken out' I said (to the Prophet ) "Why do you not treat yourself with Nashra?" He said, "Allah has cured me; I dislike to let evil spread among my people."

Now do you consider these people al-Wqid, Ibn Sa'd, al-Tabar, and Ibn Ishaq as salaf alsaleh

Disagreeing with you justifies being rude? Are you being serious here? What makes you think that it is okay to be rude to a person simply because they don't agree with your opinion?

Haven't you've been claiming you are following the prophet Muhammad's sunnah? Can you tell me where in the sunnah it says it's okay to be rude to people because they disagree with you?

Not equal is the good response and the bad response. You shall resort to the nicest possible response. Thus, the one who used to be your enemy, may become your best friend.

do you know that I've made a debate in that hadith with memebers here before ? the hadith is talking about a time when the prophet was bewitched and he said to Aisha that he has came in his mind that he had done things which in fact had not done.

              " ( , , , . . . . , , , ) (326

here Aisha may God be pleased with her describe a journey when the prophet was bewitched and he said to her that he had done a thing which in fact he had not done, well if you're clever enough you'll see the use of the verb "do" which different totaly from the verb "say" .
and one more thing in this time when the prophet was bewitched he came in his thoughts that he slept whith his wives which is in fact he had not done .

so what you said about lost memory or whatever you mean is out of the subject >>>> confusing subjects.

              this is my topic http//free-minds.org/forum/index.php?topic=9600209.15

I explained to you the real story is what came in Sahih Bukhari
              " 4/239
              ! . ... "

this what Bukhari said so stop relating the story to other people . I consider Imam Malik and shafi'ai and bukhari and Muslim and Dawood as salaf asaleh and Muhammed Hassan and Mahmoud AL Oraifi as salaf asaleh.

Disagreeing with you justifies being rude?

Disagreeing with someone should be at least by using some knowledge, I doubt you have knowledge.

                  Are you being serious here?

I've never been serious but today I do .

What makes you think that it is okay to be rude to a person simply because they don't agree with your opinion?

because this person should have some knowledge to disgree with someone has knowledge.

Haven't you've been claiming you are following the prophet Muhammad's sunnah? Can you tell me where in the sunnah it says it's okay to be rude to people because they disagree with you?

so you're following the prophet Muhammed peace be upon him, so you're not Muslim. can you tell me where in the Quran it says it's okey to not listen to someone better than you in knowledge ?

                      Salamun alaikum,

thereformer...and you presume to have knowledge? I don't presume to have anything. Yet you judge that you are more knowledgeable than anyone on this forum, simply because they don't agree with your world-view.

Stop being so sarcastic with your rudeness ALL the time. If you are feeling frustrated, can you imagine how we feel about your constant lack of understanding our viewpoint. A lot of us came from where you are in the 'i believe in hadith' corner. So some of us are fortunate enough to know BOTH sides - you however don't and possibly won't.

                      Peace.

The fact that someone has less knowledge than you does not give you the right to be rude in any way.

Yes, it gives me the right because this one is arguing without knowledge which he will make angry, and when I become angry, I can be rude . so after all you are the responsable of me being rude.

Are these assumptions in any way related to the subject of discussion or the questions I asked you?

Yes, you're talking like we have two different prophets.

Can you tell me where in the Qur'an it says it's okay to be rude to people because they disagree with you?

Is it necessary to mention it in Quran ?

and therefore yet another man-god christ is born!

                                    Assalamu aleikum,

I would have chose number three, not to worship the prophet Muhammed, i would have chose number 3 because the prophet Muhammed was a prophet like Moses, Jesus i would have obeyed Moses, Jesus, Muhammed and the other prophets because they where prophets and they had good teachings. Do you think Moses would have told you something bad, Jesus would have told you something bad to do or not to do?Muhammed would have told you to bad things?
From my point of view to obey the prophets that dosen't mean's to worship them or to do something against God's rules, against the Qur'an.

                                    Peace be upon you.

By choseing number 3 that dosen't mean's that i recognize the hadiths, i reject the hadiths.

Yes, it gives me the right because this one is arguing without knowledge which he will make angry, and when I become angry, I can be rude . so after all you are the responsable of me being rude.

                                      Very creative logic.

You have just admitted that you're very emotional and not capable of containing your anger. Yet then you go on to claim that others are responsible for that bad behaviour of yours. I assume that you're a grownup, no? In that case it is you alone who is responsible for your behaviour.

Since you are a hadith lover I am sure you have heard the hadith in which the prophet says that a strong man is the one who controls his emotions when he is angry.

So according to that and your own definition, you are a very weak person.

As for "arguing without knowledge" -- you have repeatedly said things which are factually wrong, thus exposing a lack of knowledge on particular issues. So by your own reasoning, other people should now have the right to be rude to you.

                                        Peace all

We need to add a "kudos" option to this message board. I would then do it to all of Leyna's posts
