My sincere apologies for causing any hurt. Why did you sound so? your normal behavior is not this way. I am also a learner, wanderer, just like you. trying to find the best/shortest route, even though it may ought to be like a climb on a mountain.

    Rabi Zidnee Ilman.

Dear Nadir, there was no sarcasm in my reply. It was an honest response as is. However, your post was little, ambiguous for me. The way I understood it was, in addition to appreciating efforts for enhancing the understanding of the message; you were concerned about peoples responses. Which are lot of time insulting. Hence, I should refrain from interacting with them. However, although I appreciate your concerns in this regards. At the same time, we are called by our Rabb as "Alinsaan", meaning "the sociable, companionable and conversable". In addition, biggest prophetic tradition is to continue to present the correct message, with out concern or worries of results or responses.

Please, correct me, if I misunderstood your post.

    Peace,

    Badar

In Qur'aan even the statements made by Pharaoh are quoted verbatum by Allah.

Good, it helps some, who already claim that this document is Mohammad's words.

      Peace,

      Badar

This is said only by those whose hearts are absorbed in something else while listening Qur'aan. They do not listen that whatever is stated by the Messenger through the Qur'aan it is preceded by imperative command "Qul".

And then it is stated at different places that he was not present there, it is only through the information being given to him through Qur'aan that he has come to know about that fact.

Dear Mazhar, you and I, are poles apart. I keep saying that the translation written underneath the Arabic text is not the real message. You keep bringing the same translations again and again, to point out, what message is. Hope, one of these days, you would be able to understand. This very simple and basic concept.

        Peace,

        Badar

No, not because that, the reason that I didn't want to tell him is that he doesn't want to learn, he just wanted to say to people that he knows Arabic but unfortunately he knows nothing. A jack of all trades and master of none.

I do not think that arabic is a pre-requisite to get the core message contained in the Quran. It can for sure help in understanding but as Allah says in 4144 "Non-Arabic and Arabic, say For those who believe, it is a guide and healing..."
