What is a salaat ----------------

Salaams all,
After a discussion/meeting of some brothers,i decided to dedicate some time finding out what is salah.To me this currently is the salah of the quran.The salah has been described to me ,anyway,in vareous suras.
7022-23, ......... Devotion and constancy in salat.
Salah is carried out contineously all the time.
7020 - not to be irratable when evil touches him.
7021 - And not niggardley when good touches him.
1071 - And not to deny recompense.
1072 - not to repulse the orphan.
1073 - To urge the feeding of al-miskin.
1075- Not to skip/delay the (requisits of) salat.
1076 - Not to do things just to be seen by men.
1077 - Not to prevent kindnesses.
1184 - Give full measure and weight in justice and reduce not the things
that are due to people.Do not commit mischief,causing corruption.And i am sure you will find some other rules in some other suras.
But certain ayates mention us doing something every morning and eve/night?
Aqeamu salat.
Aqeamu =bear(true testimony)/observe/follow the teachings/keep/hold/do perfectly/set up.
Aqeamu salat= rehearse/learn and remember the salat.
(at the two ends of the day)
What is pointing to my conclusion is the
2441 See you not that Allah,he it is whom follows whomsoever is in the heavens and the earth and the birds with wings out-spread each one knows its salat and its course,and Allah is all aware of what they do.
This ayat is specifying what salat is -something YOU REMEMBER/you learnt by aqeamu-salat.and this is twice daily.
1187 tells us salat commands- it is always instuctions that command and you follow.- Allahs instructions we use them all the time.
443 Says Don't be drunk for Aqeamu salat -how will you learn and
remember the instructions if you where drunk or in such a state.Salaams,

All babies learn after they are born. Accordingly they too are maintaining salaat (learning process?). So Jesus was not different from any other baby in this regard.
exactly! None of the examples are different from anyone, that is why they are EXAMPLES. They are "men" like us. There is a verse that says there are some that maintain "salaat" but are UNAWARE of thier "salaat". For example, if you go through the process of learning that cigarrettes kill you, some still smoke.

I think that LEARNING is always good, the good and evil comes after that when we make a choice on how to ACT with that information.
Information is an interesting word when you look at it. Formation of the INNER self, the nafs(mind).
