I've explained that it was just a description and the word it is not about wisdom .
look at this the meaning of Hakim .
"" means tough and organized in a good manner with no small mistakes in a thing .
"" means the man who is wise ."" means the one who judge between two people in a wise manner.I'm the arab one here, so I know what is the meaning of the word in this part of the verse .

Reformer, your basic standpoint is that the presence of "waw" between the Book and "alhikmata" confirms these as two seperate things. If that is true then the next "waw" will classify that to be something superior than both the book and alhikmata which he is teaching. What type of that knowledge is?

Two things were "sent down". And what was done with these "two"
and He taught you/He gave you the knowledge........after some pause, some people may also now try to reflect---but perhaps retarded children/people can learn only through physical exercises...but since the data already got stored by Bukharis in the non declarative memory cannot be deleted, I have little hope it gets into their minds.
