Some Zanadiqa (atheists) were brought to ?Ali and he burnt them. Abu Musa said, ?I came to the Prophet along with two men (from the tribe) of Ash?ariyin, one on my right and the other on my left, while Allah?s Apostle was brushing his teeth (with a Siwak ), and both men asked him for some employment. The Prophet said, ?O Abu Musa (O ?Abdullah bin Qais!).? I said, ?By Him Who sent you with the Truth, these two men did not tell me what was in their hearts and I did not feel (realize) that they were seeking employment.? As if I were looking now at his Siwak being drawn to a corner under his lips, and he said, ?We never (or, we do not) appoint for our affairs anyone who seeks to be employed. But O Abu Musa! The Prophet then sent Mu?adh bin Jabal after him and when Mu?adh reached him, he spread out a cushion for him and requested him to get down (and sit on the cushion). Behold There was a fettered man beside Abu Muisa. Mu?adh asked, ?Who is this (man)?? Abu Muisa said, ?He was a Jew and became a Muslim and then reverted back to Judaism.? Then Abu Muisa requested Mu?adh to sit down but Mu?adh said, ?I will not sit down till he has been killed. This is the judgment of Allah and His Apostle (for such cases) and repeated it thrice. Then Abu Musa ordered that the man be killed, voodoo and he was killed. Abu Musa added, ?Then we discussed the night prayers and one of us said, ?I pray and sleep, and I hope that Allah will reward me for my sleep as well as for my prayers.?? Bukhari
Some people from the tribe of ?Ukl came to the Prophet and embraced Islam. The climate of Medina did not suit them, so the Prophet ordered them to go to the (herd of milch) camels of charity and to drink, their milk and urine (as a medicine). They did so, and after they had recovered from their ailment (became healthy) they turned renegades (reverted from Islam) and killed the shepherd of the camels and took the camels away. The Prophet sent (some people) in their pursuit and so they were (caught and) brought, and the Prophets ordered that their hands and legs should be cut off and that their eyes should be branded with heated pieces of iron, and that their cut hands and legs should not be cauterized, till they die. According to the Qur'an a woman who has been captured by force falls in the category of a slave girl (kaniz). And because the Qur'an confines the use of force to the fighting (qital) in the way of God, thus according to the Qur'an a slave girl is that woman who falls in the hands of Muslims as a prisoner during the course of war waged in the way of God. nope (Maulana Maududi, Rasa'il wa Masa'il 3rd edition, Vol. III, p.102).
Narrated Abdullah ibn Abbas Ikrimah reported on the authority of Ibn Abbas, saying I think the Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) said When one of you prays without a sutrah, a dog, an ass, a pig, a Jew, a Magian, and a woman cut off his prayer, but it will suffice if they pass in front of him at a distance of over a stone's throw. rotfl ( Bukhari )

Seeing how nobody else seems to have answered this, I will. The actual message of my post is fairly simple but seeing as you like stories, I hereby declare this time to be story time!
As we know from physics, where there is resonance, a small vibration will be amplified and soon it will encompass the system. The stupid followers resonated with these small vibrations of disguised evil until it built momentum and eventually reinforced itself via human ignorance over the course of several generations, in the same manner that if you add a drop of red food colouring to a gallon of pure distilled water, it will turn a red colour. Another way to picture it which is perhaps more quranic is to imagine that every soul has a path, to get from A to B, south to north. Let's suppose that point B is a mountain far far away, yet barely visible. The easiest way to get from A=>B as geometry tells us, is a "straight path".

This grantees constructive interference pattern. Destructive interference will not sustain oscillation, in fact you will not even see a oscillation under this condition.
Remember, natural resonance is inherent in the system. Therefore, resonance is always there. All you need to do is apply an external force that has the characteristic of natural resonance and a positive feedback loop, and you get amplification.
You should apply the KISS methodology to describe your thought in the future. Don't use concept that you are not familiar with, do not underestimate the reader.

Physics makes natural observation and try to come up with a solution. They have no clue as to why the natural phenomenon exists. Newton observed gravitational phenomenon and provided us a solution. And we thought it was the truth. Then after 200 years it turns out to be false. Now people are working with different concept that may invalidate Ernestine theory. So what is the truth?

Physics is a means of narrowing down the boundaries of truth. Any purely rationalist science does this. It is not the end, it is a means to the end.
You are entitled to believe in anything UNTIL clear and manifest truth has come to you, showing your belief is incorrect. As soon as this happens, you have an immediate choice; submit to truth or be a disbeliever and inevitably fail at some point because you did not accept it.
From birth, you know nothing. Over the years, your parents condition you to believe things, some of which is manifest truth (e.g. "eat or you will die", some of which is truth mixed with falsehood and some of which may be pure falsehood ("Jesus Christ is the Son of God".
And physics is INCAPABLE of defining human being as a system. Thus you have no closed form solution for human system. Therefore, your resonance concept is flawed.
Give me a closed form solution for any system in the universe EXCEPT the universe itself, and I will show you a load of bollocks. It does not stop one from making observations however. Indeed, if you were to translate the quranic text into the language of physics, "disbelievers" are merely people that have a resonance that does not work in tune with "ALLAH" but also, they increase each other in disorder - because they resonate in disbelief.
Now this would be fine if "disbelievers" are all together because they will then resonate with each other and remove themselves from the planet very rapidly. However the problem is that they mingle with believers. When love mixes with hate, there is a complex chaotic interaction and we are seeing its result today. I have full certainty however that love will overpower such silly forces.
If we have a stream and the water is moving fluidly (motion easily calculated), then we place some machines that somehow 1.) turn the flow into chaotic flow (arbitrarily difficult to solve for) and 2.) resonate with each other (amplify #1 for each of them), then when these things are near each other, there will be massive chaos. Even if some of the water retains fluidity, the majority is in chaos. The end result however even with the chaos is the inevitable erosion of these machines and the restoring of fluid motion.

If scientists had never found the periodic table (via ALLAH's guidance), you would not even be able to ask this question. So this is a logical fallacy.
