Salaam sultana,
Is this your opinion or something you have taken from Quran?
Peace Sis Maria

Peace all,
I No Longer view or see malaakat aymatoum as being female war captives or captives of any kind, but I dont think using 2432 fits because
malaakat aymatoum refers to those 'whom your oaths posses' which are those whom we have oathed to take care of like widows, sister in laws etc,but 2432 is refering to ibadikum(which means servants) and marriage...not to those taken by oaths....- "And marry those among you who are single and those who are fit among your servants (Ibadikum) and your female servants; if they are poor, The GOD will make them free from want out of His grace; and The GOD is Ample-giving, Knowing." (Quran 2432)
424-25 is referring to widows, who are under our care because of an oath we had taken....it forbides marriage to married women in 424 except those in our possession by our oaths, those would be widows etc,not women who we have taken hostage or as servents..
And all married women except those whom your right hands possess (this is) Allah's ordinance to you, and lawful for you are (all women) besides those, provided that you seek (them) with your property, taking (them) in marriage not committing fornication. Then as to those whom you profit by, give them their dowries as appointed; and there is no blame on you about what you mutually agree after what is appointed; surely Allah is Knowing, Wise.
And whoever among you has not within his power ampleness of means to marry free believing women, then (he may marry) of those whom your right hands possess from among your believing maidens; and Allah knows best your faith you are (sprung) the one from the other; so marry them with the permission of their masters, and give them their dowries justly, they being chaste, not fornicating, nor receiving paramours; and when they are taken in marriage, then if they are guilty of indecency, they shall suffer half the punishment which is (inflicted) upon free women. This is for him among you who fears falling into evil; and that you abstain is better for you, and Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. One Question in 425 it says we may marry believing maidens in Shakirs trans but in the Progressive/Free Minds Trans is says young women and Shakirs trans says permission from their masters, yet PM/FM trans says from their parents...
How old are these maidens/girls and is it Masters or Parents because theirs a big difference...and is this referring to parental consent or just simply asking for the girls hand in marriage?PM/FM 425 And whoever of you cannot afford to marry the believing independent women, then from the still dependant believing young women. God is more aware of your faith, some of you to each other. You shall marry them with the permission of their parents and give them their wage in kindness; to be protected, not for illicit sex or taking lovers. If they become protected, then any of them who comes with lewdness shall have half the punishment of what is for the independent women of the retribution. This is for those who fear hardship from among you. But if you are patient it is better for you, and God is Forgiver, Merciful.

Salam,
I'm here just to support your article. I am an unmarried Muslim woman of 36 yrs. I have lived my life as Allah's will untill I met someone by the end of 2013. I had a few boyfriends before and always broke up because they could not be together with me before getting into serious relationship. This was kind of hard 'cause they were really good people though they were not Muslims. With this last one, I started to search well internet and I found an article written by a Muslim scholar saying that Allah has never prohibited premarital sex.
Then I start to reconsider everything and I prayed a Nafil Namaz 2 rakat before our date. In the past also I did the same and there always been something happen and the date-to-be is always postponed or cancelled. However, this time, I prayed to Allah saying that if it is your will for me to be with him, so be it. Then on that very day, the date happened.
So, there is something that comes to my mind whatever the others say, it is between ourselves and Allah. He knows what is best for us and He only will decide if it should happen or not.
Well, I went a bit long. Anyway, I'm here to tell you that so long as it is not ''Hate'', God will is there.

ZuSalamun Alaiki Sister.
This is a very radical statement - could you please share the source so that I can check the arguments. Per my humble understanding Qur'an strongly discourages the taking of illicit lovers (425) and secret meetings before marriage (2235). The entire concept of marriage is based on the idea that when 2 individuals decide to go into an intimate relationship - they must come with a set of mutual commitments and they would declare it publicly. Secret sexual relationships and relationships without any commitment create opportunity and provocation for exploitation by one party of another.
If I were in your shoes I would continue to be absolutely careful against any potential "husband" who insists on per-marital sex.
Be careful sister - for the sake of both life of this world and the next.
May Allah guide us all to the straight route.

Dear sister Zu Zu.
I think brother Armanazis has given you a good advise/reminder related with this issue.
I'm here just to support your article. I am an unmarried Muslim woman of 36 yrs.
Sister, please be patient until God provides you the right person.
I'm still not married as well, and it's not easy to find the type of spouse who I want here (I want a husband with strong faith in God, and true monotheist).
Let's be patient, and trust God because He knows the right time for us to get married.
I had a few boyfriends before and always broke up because they could not be together with me before getting into serious relationship.
What do you mean by "they could not be together with you"?
If what you mean is about premarital sex, then I don't see any problem to broke up with the kind of men who asked you to do such thing before married.
If a man is truly a potential husband, then for what purpose he feel the need to "test" a woman he wants to marry.
What for? Women are not samples.
If you find the right person and the right situation, then just get married and do it after married, period.
If the guy ask you for sex before married, then leave him. Nothing to lose for leaving such guy.
Then on that very day, the date happened.
Ok, you did not say clearly here, but perhaps what you mean is that you ma** lo** with him?
I'm sorry if I'm quite frankly, but I don't really know the best word I can choose. (
However, if that's true, sister, then whether you feel satisfied after that?
Sister, if he is sincere, then you don't have to commit sex only to keep your relationship with him.
If he is truly a good person, then he will also protect your chastity.
Anyway, I'm here to tell you that so long as it is not ''Hate'', God will is there.
Bold Such statement is more like a dangerous premise, according to my opinion.
Salm.
