Religion versus Quran

I was asked this, on another forum. "Badar i mostly relish and admire what thoughts you put on forum but you recently wrote,There is no religion in Quran?Quran is the corner stone of religion Islam and like all monotheastic religions it has a strict ideology?Dont you think that all montheatic religion are based on strict ideologies?"
Here is my response, just to share.
"Thanks, Only thing common between Quranic message and all monotheistic religions is word "Mono". Otherwise, there is nothing common between these religions and Quranic message. Because, right after saying "Mono" the way they define this "Mono" does not match each others concept or with the Quranic concept. In fact it is in complete contrast with Quranic concept of Mono. As well basis of all conflicts between this family of religion, as well as, this family as a whole, with all other religions of the world.
Quran is defining this Mono, as Allah (One who is not a deity for adoration or worship). You can see clearly if this concept is not what it is meant to be; rest of religious doctrines flowing out of this shall be, Anti concept, of this word. Hence, couldn't be Quranic.
Honesty requires me to admit, although not exactly, what it is in Quran. Modern, Protestant Christians and some Jew scholars of Modern times have come close to this concept. Hence, under influence of scholars like Kant, Hegel, Nietzsche, Buber to just name few. Current Western civilization has reached Zenith of its heights. However, it is unfortunate to witness them regressing back to darkness of religion again."

Just like honest is not a religion..
islam is an 'attitude' which when being continuously practiced it shall became one's 'character'

those who had an islam character are being called muslim.muslim people can be found in any religions / sects / cultural groups.
There are sunni muslim, christian muslim, jewish/judaism muslim, secular muslim, buddhist muslim, taoist muslim etc...the quran tells stories of many muslims who are being born with different religion / cultural context.
Jesus who are jewish / judaism muslim.
Abraham who are mesopotamianism muslim.
Muhammad who are arabism muslim.
Moses who are egyptianism muslim.
Isaac who are kanaanism muslim.
And many others muslims with different religion / cultural context who are not being explicitly named.
They all have their rewards from their Lord, and they shall not grieve.."Surely those who believe, and those who are Jews, and the Christians, and the Sabians -- whoever believes in God and the Last Day and does good, they shall have their reward from their Lord. And there will be no fear for them, nor shall they grieve" (262)
