1785 And they ask you concerning AlRooh. Say AlRooh is from the authority of my Lord; and the knowledge you were given was but very little.
This verse clearly implies that "al rooh" brings knowledge. Al rooh = the inspiration.
From PRL Ruhun -vital principle, breath which a man breathes and pervades his whole body. Inspiration or divine revelation .

As I said earlier I still understand that AlRooh is someONE who works on Allah specific commands. Or in other words, AlRooh is used for some specific works by Allah.

But we are interested in the salaat as mentioned in Quran by Allah and practiced by Muhammad Peace is upon him an the prophets before him.
according to you Jummah is the middle Salaat and the reason you give is
If you notice in 2238, AlSalaati AlWusta is separated from all the Salaats . If you take it as your daily Salaat, then at what time do you made your Salaat on Juma? And why this middle Salaat is not included in Salawaat ?
Jumma salaat is totally different from middle Salaat, if not which verse of Quran tells us so; not your example of any red book but from the book of Allah is needed to support your claim.
we can see that in old testament middle salaat is daily
This was Our tradition with Our Messengers who lived before you, and you will find no change in Our tradition.1777
Establish regular prayers - at the sun's decline till the darkness of the night, and the morning prayer and reading for the prayer and reading in the morning carry their testimony.1778"Now when Daniel knew that the writing was signed, he went into his house; and his windows being open in his chamber toward Jerusalem, he kneeled upon his knees three times a day, and prayed, and gave thanks before his God, as he did afortime." (Daniel 610)
"As for me, I will call upon God; and the Lord shall save me. Evening, and morning, and at noon, will I pray, and cry aloud and he shall hear my voice." (Psalms 5516-17

Salam . The first part of verse 2238 is talking about Salawat , which is plural . That means there are at least three Salaat were indicated there . The second part of verse 2238 is talking about Salaat , which is singular . This implies a single Salah , i.e., Wusta Salah . Therefore the number of Salah per day , according to your count becomes more than three .

I said that cause that is what I understand personally from AlQuraan/AlKitaab. If you are able to find any error or contradiction, you are free to quote them so that I can correct myself and it could be a help for others to understand properly, that is the reason "I" is used.

In 2238 there are two things to be noted .
AlSalawaat = Plural or more than two
AND
AlSalaat AlWusta = Different from the above cause, Salawaat includes ALL including the 'middle one' if any.
Salawaat referring to our regular Salaats in a different format that Wusta Salaat.
Salaat + Al + Fajr Regular Salaat
Salaat + Al + Eishaan Regular SalaatAl + Salaat + Al + Wusta Not a Regular Salaat
AlSalaat AlWusta is not included by it usage also "Al + Salaat" is "The Salaat" something special than regular. This also makes it different from other Salaats.
we can see that in old testament middle salaat is daily

544 We have sent down the Torah, in it is a guidance and a light; the prophets who have submitted judged with it for those who are Jewish, and the Devotees, and the Priests, for what they were entrusted of the Book of Allah, and they were witness over. So do not be concerned with the people but be concerned with Me; and do not purchase with My revelations a cheap price. And whoever does not judge with what Allah has sent down, then these are the rejecters.

Both mean the same thing i.e. As-Salat. The first example is a Possessive Phrase in which the definite article is not added with the first, and it derives its definiteness from the Possessive noun.
The second is the Adjectival phrase where alwusta is the adjectival qualification of As-Salat.

before I deal with technical aspect of your post let me comment on the above first.
So what is the contradiction in these two statements?
The Salaat practiced by prophets before Muhammad Peace is upon him was mention in old testament and I quoted it, that is one part of my statement, and then I quoted Quran what Quran says
This was Our tradition with Our Messengers who lived before you, and you will find no change in Our tradition.1777
Establish regular prayers - at the sun's decline till the darkness of the night, and the morning prayer and reading for the prayer and reading in the morning carry their testimony.1778So what and where is the contradiction?
Afterwards We have conveyed you, the Messenger that you remain incessantly physically follow the path/way of life/community of Iebra'heim ; who was the Sincere/Ever Upright/Perpetually a Muslim
This Verse 16123 clearly indicates that at the time of Muhammad Peace is upon him all religious practices in Islam were there but with mixing, Prophet Muhammad peace is upon him corrected those errors.
Jummah in no way is in middle of morning and evening, neither does it comes in middle of week.

For example, if someone ask you to take out ALL the book from the room and the red one also. What does this mean? It clearly means that red book is not with all the other books. This is how AlSalaati AlWusta is used in 2238, inshaAllah, if I am not mistaken.
The red book is different from the other two white books. Therefore AlSalaati AlWusta is used separately because it is the one we should take special care of. So what does this example shows us?
Maintain with care the prayers and the middle prayer and stand before Allah , devoutly obedient.
But if you are in danger, then (say your prayers) on foot or on horseback; and when you are secure, then remember Allah, as. He has taught you what you did not know.- Most of the times a person is in dangerous position when he is out of his house/place.
- Most of the times people walk and ride horse during day time not usually before Dawn.
- These are not conditions for Jummah prayers.
for further proof
When ye travel through the earth, there is no blame on you if ye shorten your prayers, for fear the Unbelievers May attack you For the Unbelievers are unto you open enemies. This shorten prayer is most of the time middle prayer, because this is the time when most people are in travel and wars are at peak.
Jummah on other hand is so important that a whole Surah was named after it
O you who declare to have accepted!
when the call has been made for the for the performance of Ass-sa'laat in the Day of Friday,It is only on a single day in a week and no where Allah calls this Salaat as Middle.
And you the Messenger organize/make people stand for As'salat at the two ends/brink of the day and in moments from the progressively approaching night Indeed the appropriately proportioned acts take away/remove the evil deeds. That is a reminder for those who remember/retain in memory.

"wa" here indicates of three.
The word Wusta is a derivative of the word 'Wasat' which means middle. Therefore the words Al-Salat Al-Wusta mean 'The Middle Prayer'. The notion of a 'Middle' prayer indicates that the number of prayers is an odd number.
What most can be said from your post is that the timing of Jummah prayer are the same as middle prayer, and on that special day the middle prayer is Jummah prayer.
