What is Koran? A word of Muhamad inspired by God or literal word of God

Again I am interested in everyones views on this quetion. Is the Koran a word of Mohamed inspired by God or the word of God or both the word of Mohamad and the word of God?
I hope this question is clear enough.
My current view is that it is the word of Mohamad ispired by God. Because it apears to have some contradictions and imperfections I believe it is not literal word and dictation of God.
What are your views on this subject?

I am going to be daring and answer this from my own limited understanding.
I think that it is the word of God.
Inspired for me may be Jesus parables. Narrated one way or another they transmit a teaching in itself. Of course, I do not know what Jesus live teachings were like, but from what has come.
The Qur'an on the other hand is a complete, compact book from its inception considered a book meant to be transmitted in that shape and as such. And when read and used. What it says, word by word, is significant. Its gramatical analysis and and understanding is significant. Each word and its place weights. ?Would the Prophet have had the inmense knowledge and command to make something like that? On the other hand the very Qur'an says that it was revealed and not inspired.
The fact that the Qur'an came in such a shape that it would be within the grasp of the Prophet in order to transmit it doesn' have to mean that Muhammad got something in bulk and he passed it on retailwise. I think the paackage too, like in icecreams, is edible.

please give some verses , for i read all of the quran and didn't find none ,or maybe missed them , give some example for maybe also u missunderstood
The quran isn't like the bible, it's not a narration of someone about mohamed and allah, nor a narration of mohamed about allah for if it was, most verses says worship me
and many verses you find say..... sound like allah is commanding mohamed how to speak and what to say
if there is contradictions, than it is not the word of allah, for in the book, allah say " if it wasn't from allah, you will have found many contradictions in it ' or something like that , so please give some verses , if u don't find any, than say i didn't find any contradiction, other wise if u can-t search for the contradicting verses, i don't think you will find an answer to that question here, peace, take care

The answer to your question is found in the Quran254 Those who rejected said, "This is but a falsehood that he (the messenger) invented, and other people have helped him with it; for they have come with what is wrong and fabricated."
255 They said, "Mythologies of the ancient people!" He (the messenger) wrote them down while they were being dictated to him morning and evening.
256 Say, "It was sent down by the One who knows the secrets in the heavens and the earth. He is always forgiving, compassionate."
I think this clarifies it even more
532 Your friend was not astray, nor was he deceived.
533 Nor does he speak from personal desire.
534 It is but divine inspiration
535 He has been taught by one mighty in power (i.e. God).
537 While he (the messenger) was at the highest horizon.
538 Then he drew nearer by moving down.
539 Until he became as near as two bow-lengths or nearer.
5310 He (God) then conveyed the inspiration to his servant (the messenger) what was to be revealed.As for the supposed contradictions
482 Do they not reflect upon the Quran? If it were from any other than God they would have found many contradictions in it.

Thanks for your views Loxbox. If you google sceptics annotated Koran you can find aleged contradictions. I am not claiming that there is 100% no explanation but I supose that there are some that do apear as such.

So if you are/were in doubt/suspicion from what We descended to you, so ask/question those who read The Book before you, the truth had come to you from your Lord, so do not be from the doubting/arguing.I believe that "those who read The Book before you" are angels... so the translation/explanation would be
O Prophet, If you ever think whether the Revelation We send to you could be an inspiration from your heart, ask the angels who bring it. They read it before you read it. Verily the Truth has come to you from your Lord. Be not of those who waver. -
I am very gld to say that I have just today recieved the Message from the monotheist group wich is the people I believe this forum is ran by. I have ordered it from the book depository uk.
Its what I have been looking for for many years now. For many years I have been thinking that there is something true about the Koran but I would then read the hadith or a part of the Koran and it would make me suspicious. The hadith like the one were it says that God ordained originaly 50 prayers or the part of the Koran were it says to cut thieves hand, etc..
I am planing on buying rest of the books from the monotheist group. I am sure that they will be a great read. I can confidently say now that I am a God/ Koran alone muslim.
So I am more inclined to believe now that the Koran is the word of God actualy thats preaty much what I believe now.
