The hour, resurection and the judgment day?
-
Again I need to borow everyone's opinion on The hour resurection and the judgment day. I kind of think that it is all a metaphor and that as soon as we die we get "resurected" and judged and etc...
I don't see a point in remaining dead for x amount of years and then being resurected after that. I understand that my views may be a bit to liberal but thats me.
What does everyone else think?
Thanks

it also depends how you interpret all 3 things... and how you look at life and what it is...
most of my life i heard the basic explanation you die, you wait, you get resurrected (out of the grave) and stand in front of God while He asks you bunch of questions and then sends you to heaven or hell...
as literally as can be...but i heard so many things on this from many other interpretations, nde and obe experiences that it's not literal like that...
how i see it is, you "die" (actually your energy/soul/essence...shifts to another frequency), your body may be in a grave but soul remains elsewhere... it can experience other realms, or come back to experience this life in another flesh...
resurrection can also mean you come out of your grave, but what really happens, your body disintegrates, becomes dust, and it's absorbed by other plants which alive people eat and becomes part of them and the new baby inside (if someone's pregnant, so you get a 'new body' in a way and your soul goes there (reincarnation)... and there's new babies born every day, new bodies, and what are we really made from - earth... so when you get born again here it can be called resurrection...
...judgment can be here in this life too, also in next, you are always asked certain questions, sometimes by people, sometimes by a voice in your head... it can be God talking to you in many ways, through other people, through situations...
also, from many near-death experiences and past-life experiences i read, it has a common theme, we all "die" and before entering a new body or another realm, we have an overview of our life, kind of like a judgment

there's really no time there, you may feel like you are dead for only a few min but time here has passed a few years...
even in the quran it mentioned when asked how long they stayed on this earth they'll say part of a day, or morning... that is also backed by many nde's who claim the same thing, when they were out of this body and in a different realm, this world seemed like an illusion, like a dream, and it passed by fast, didn't feel long... -
I have just used The Quran search on the progresive site and I have looked at the hour. In the past as the suni I would look into it and think that its going to be for the whole world a t once, now I think that the hour is maybe the time of our individial death or in some instances colective.
Anyone agree?
Thanks
