so why is it insisted this is done 3 times and right before left and blowing water out of the nose when this is NOT the method commanded by Allah?

it is nice mr Bukhari adopted some of what Allah commanded though. ;D
2.177 It is not righteousness that ye turn your faces Towards east or West; but it is righteousness- to believe in Allah and the Last Day, and the Angels, and the Book, and the Messengers; to spend of your substance, out of love for Him, for your kin, for orphans, for the needy, for the wayfarer, for those who ask, and for the ransom of slaves; to be steadfast in prayer, and practice regular charity; to fulfil the contracts which ye have made; and to be firm and patient, in pain (or suffering) and adversity, and throughout all periods of panic. Such are the people of truth, the Allah-fearing.

so which hadith is all this from? Seems many rules and restrictions have been added that Allah did not give rules and restrictions for in Quran, so you obviously think Quran is not complete, I mean you have all the hadith so why bother at all with Quran?

this how the prophet prayed from the various sources we have, if you want to try it you're welcome, if not you're welcome too.

So you wont answer ANY question? Show me the source so I can see it for myself, show me the hadith. You still haven't shown the hadith for "evey intoxicant is wine and every wine is prohibited" either.

If you want to try following what Allah sent for mankind you are welcome, if not you're welcome too, but please don't say we are wrong without providing ANY proof when asked or ANY answers when asked.

it was a summary of this book
        http//www.muslimconverts.com/e-books/The_Prophet%27s_Prayer_Described/index.htm

all the sources are in it.

          I can't find this
          "The Prophet r said
(?Sal?h (prayer) without purification (ablution) is not accepted.?)"
anywhere in that book. Surely Allah is the one to say whose prayers are accepted or not?

There must be a different numbering system everywhere else in English, and the the actual books too, my bukhari 627 is about prayer not wine. I did find only the abu dawood one online though, not the others. Thank you anyway though.

But between the root and the word it could be a huuuuuge difference. You better check a word by word dictionnary that gives the different explanations of a single word, that would be much more accurate.

If you do a little research you'll find for sure, the hadith is available with three you mentionned also with ibn maja and others.

                              hope it works.

what do you think about the quran healing (physically not spiritually) ? it can or it can't ?

JK- I'm not sure as to that. We'd have to perform a random clinical trials under controlled settings with people from all kinds of grps with various dieases reciting cretain suras and see if that has a signifacntly greater effect than the placebo. To date such has not been done. From the text itself I currently derive that learning(NOT mere recital) the meaning of the verses and acting upon them would benefit us. GOD Bless!

The prophet was healing sicknesses with certain verses from the Quran by performing a certain ritual wich is called Roqia, you are missing that by not following what he said. I personnaly tried it and it is miraculous indeed.

but in arabic it is different ask those who know arabic. I would understand alot of your arguments (without necessarely agreeing) but for this point it is total stubborness and your explanation is very forced to twist the real meaning.

1331 And if a Quran/Reading were to be used to move mountains, or to slice the earth, or the dead were spoken to with it. Indeed, to Allah are all matters. Did not those who have believed know that if Allah had wished He would have guided all the people? As for those who reject, they continue to be stricken with disaster or it comes near to their homes, until the promise of Allah comes true. Allah does not break the appointment.
