Intro & Faith, Marriage, God Alone

Hello & Peace be upon you all group,
I am new here, but I have been reading this site for a while. I really like it. I don't know if I disagree with anything here; if so, I haven't found it yet. I will say that I haven't read the entire forum though. laugh
Here is a little of my history and where my questions originate
When I first converted to Islam, there were only Sunnis around so I said the shahadah (sp?), and the more I read the Quran, the more I didn't understand Sunni ways, especially when some of my new Sunni "friends" told me that I was expected to divorce my husband because he didn't convert with me. (My husband believes in G-d, absolutely. But he questions every religion and says the only thing he really believes is that "There is no G-d but G-d," and that after that, he doesn't know for sure what religions are right or wrong, but lately he has been more open to religion and as a result we have been hanging out with Baha'is a lot because he had a panic attack at the masjid because he suffers from a severe phobia of crowds and he was separated from me My husbands beliefs or lack of them have never been a problem for me. He is very open, kind, and wise. We have a toddler. We have been married for over a decade.) So I started thinking that maybe the community was just wrong since I didn't see anything about divorcing my husband in the Quran. So I sought out other Muslims Sufi ones, Liberal ones, some Shia ones. And for a long time I didn't know where I belonged, but now I am thinking that maybe I belong here, with the G-d Alone crowd. . . So for my question, I guess I am asking if I will be accepted here, given this history?
Thanks!

Greetings and peace welcome
Of course you are welcome here!
I don't find anything "sordid" about your history. In many ways you seem blessed in your husband.
From AQ 569 Surely those who believe; and those who are Jewish, and the Sabians, and the Nazarenes, whoever of them believes in God and the Last Day and does good works; then they will have nothing to fear nor will they grieve.
