3446 Say I advise you to do one thing that you stand to Allah, in pairs and individually, then reflect. There is no madness in your friend, he is only a warner to you in the face of a severe retribution.

What he was asked to pronounce/advise people was this . Hereafter is "unquote". If you slightly correct your translation the point will be clear

      Salaam Mazhar,

What he was asked to pronounce/advise people was this . Hereafter is "unquote". If you slightly correct your translation the point will be clear

"I advise you to do one thing that you stand to Allah, in pairs and individually, then reflect".

I did not see any difference. Please be CLEAR. Cause you said "If you slightly correct your translation the point will be clear" and simply repeat SAME translation as shown above?

And I still did not understand what it has to do with Sura 53?

      Please clarify

May Allah guide us all towards the truth pr

Both are not same, see inverted comma.

You were trying to know who is meant by there. Here you find that he is for you people "Nazir".

I understood that and asked you a few questions in my reply # 36 but simply ignored them.

Hope to get those answers from you, inshaAllah.

                  I asked you two things

1- What is the relation it has with Sura 53?

2- Where is Mohammed (AS) mentioned in both the aayats that you have quoted?

Please be specific. Hope to get your correct answer this time, inshaAllah.

Do you think that Muhammad Sas is mentioned in some Ayat only when his name is specifically mentioned therein?
I hope you have not forgotten that we were discussing as to who is in the phrase

If we see it this way, than mohamed is the most mentionned on the quran
because most of the time, the prophet in addressed directly in the quran
                      exemple , we sent you......
the reason he is not mentioned is because he's the on addressed in the quran
for exeample, if i speak top u , i'm not gonna say MAZHAR every time I speak to you, but I just speak, but if I want to talk aboit mmkhan , i mention his name everytime I speak about hil, so you will know I'm talking about mmkhan and not someone else.

this is the reason, we have to take the quran as speaking directly to us when adressing the prophet, this is what the sunnis don't understand what does it mean Follow the prophet, is his footstep, meaning use the quran as it is adressed to u .
This is how I see it.

Yes, if you scroll back to previous posts you will notice that you mentioned "Saahib" is referring to ONLY Prophet Mohammed (AS) and I asked you how? You are simply playing around a circle.

I know, you cannot answer this, so forget it now. There is NO mention the name of Prophet Mohammed (AS) that means it is NOT only referring to him. Remember! Allah is very very clear and specific about His words, and we don't have to put words into Allah's mouth.

Simpy if Mohammed (AS) name is not there means NOW it is not referring to him.

                          Thanks for all you replies.

If you mean "Heaven" = "Paradise" or else "he" and "no one else" saw the heaven nor paradise till date.

This is what I understand, may Allah forgive me if I am wrong and correct me.

"The Garden of Abode" and gardens on right and left of their dwelling is not one and the same thing. Is it not so apparent from your quote? And one does not "descend" from a place at ground level.

The main thing is maawa, it means the shelter, or living place , paradise, hell or home or any place

So , it sounds to me more like the house where he dwell in his lifetime

You are perceiving this, red quote, because you are overlooking the context of the said word- hinted by me "And one does not "descend" from a place at ground level".

How can you perceive the aforesaid conclusion from these Arabic quotes?

So from these verses, does that mean he saw the heaven we wil InshaAllah be goin to?

In fact, 5315 refers to an average garden which surrounded and bordered with trees, rather than Heaven/Paradise of Herafter. We can admit that there is no any mention for Heaven/Paradise in chapter 53. But there is an extraordinary experiment which happened out of the World, also.

                                          Salaam Mazhar,

I already read your post and I have already responded to it. But seems you like to repeat the same things again and again.

I did not find my answer in the references given. Please make it clear as you claim. Please don't try to twist or add in Allah's word.

May Allah guide us all towards the truth pr
                                          Mohammed M. Khan

mmkhan's approach is the right one in my opinion.

Actually, lots of traditionalist interpreters can't feel comfort with chapter 53. Because there are a lot of questions related with it which requiring clear and absolute answers. One of the serious questions is, actually there is NO strong evidence for clarifying that Mohammad is the one who mentioned there.

In my opinion, most important question is 5318. Traditionalist interpreters translate this verse as

"He saw one/some of the greatest signs of his Lord" which is way wrong.

                                          The verse clearly says

"Indeed, he saw THE GREATEST OF THE signs of his Lord" (531

In this case, there should be an answer for "What is The Greatest one?" in particular, but there is no answer by anyone including Mohammad himself. Thus, interpreters and scholars choose "one of the greatest" or "(some of) greatest signs" as translation and covering the uncomfortable truth.
