459 O you who believe, obey God and obey the messenger and those in authority among you. But if you dispute in any matter, then you shall refer it to God and His messenger if you believe in God and the Last Day. That is better and more suitable for knowing.
Were it says those in authority amongst you I think refers to the religious leaders/the final deciders.
There for I would propose we chose a person from this forum who would have the most knowledge and give him a title of a Leader. My opinion without any researching right now would be that it can be a women.
Any sugestions on who might we have as a leader/imam?
