So the way i understood it, at salat times, a muslim which rejects all hadiths have to recite the Qu'ran and nothing else(ablution needed?)
Recite the Quraan? nope
There are instruction in AlQuraan for us to follow, how can repeat them back to Allah in your Salaat? Logically, it has no sense. For ablution you have understand 56 .

Ok that explanation is good, but i see many people telling a different way of how they understand salat so im not sure which one it is but ill stick to yours for now even tho i don't do salat yet i need it for later God willing.

Don't rush brother. All the aayaats are given for each step of Salaat, do NOT fall on blindly. Take your time, ponder and judge them all and seek Allah's help for the guidance towards the truth. Again, do NOT fall on others understandings and don't worry, Allah is always with us for help and The Best and True Guidance.
Make it a habit brother, inshaAllah, this habit will help you on each and every step you take towards the truth.
