We are recreated in a new form?

So i come across this line of verses
056.060 We have decreed Death to be your common lot, and We are not to be frustrated
056.061 from changing your Forms and creating you (again) in (forms) that ye know not.
056.062 And ye certainly know already the first form of creation why then do ye not celebrate His praises?And for comparision with a gazillion other translations check this link out

Ive allways had the vague assumption/imagination of that id exist as a form of spirit or soul afterwards which i never really understand. Maybe intuitively or maybe by influences directing me unto that notion, hard to tell ofcourse.
However i believe this is the first time i ever come across something in the Quran possibly pointing out into such a direction. So i was wondering if you have come across this before and/or what you make of it.God be with you.

5660 We have predetermined death among you. And we are not to be overcome,5661
5661 On exchange the likes of you, and wishing you in what you do not know.5662
5662 And you certainly have come to know the first wish. So, why not you remember?This is how I understand the meanings of the aayaats quoted.

So what do you make of it? What does it tell you in plain words?
In simple words I will try to put forward my understanding as follows
Allah is authorized to bring us death and no one can overcome/lead Him. He is also has power to exchange you with some others who looks or feel like you. And He may send you or recreate you in place or form that you don't know. And you have already came to know how Allah fulfill His wish by created you for the first time, so, why don't you remember this and understand that Allah got a power to do everything said in previous aayaats by His wish.
This is an overall understanding of three aayaats i.e., 5660-62. Please make it sure by confirming it with other translations and other's understanding on the same as this is my personal understanding on the subject.

Did We have any difficulty in making
the first creation? No, they are in
confusion about the next creation. -
Well consider this.
We are the first form of humanity and we are mortal. We are exceedingly versatile beings, and look around at what we have constructed.
Yet we are stupid, lost in our own desires and so on and so forth. A denizen of heaven will most surely observe the truth. We choose the truths most suitable to us and employ selective hearing to block out those that are inconvenient.
An immortal being has power beyond power and must be able to coexist in complete peace with its fellow immortal beings. Those humans who have defined their souls to be capable of handling eternity will go into eternity. For those incapable, I do not know.

but than, when you read the word "paired with hoor ain" and I believe I understood it, than I believe there is another
Hoor ain is the opposite of what we are now, we all been tricked, we are in jugement, all our life is jugement "SAAY" and when done, it's AL'SAA , the verdict
the winners go to the Hoor to unite with their Rooh
we are now rooh, and we become real when we unite with our other version, Hoor , maybe the mirror or opening is called Ain , like eye, but it's more an open eye between the 2 worlds, so we become reel if we're winnersex
hoor of mmkhan , is to complete rooh of mmkhan of this world, because mmkhan is just a rooh now, like us all,
Satan tricked us all, we all believe that when we die we become rooh, and no one think we are only rooh now. and when we die we united with our hoor, our true version if we're winners of course, the loosers, I don't know what will happen, but Allah says Karinouhou , in a negative way. -
We are indeed in judgement now.
Don't let that decieve you. Every day is a judgement day.
There is still the day of judgement. Right now you do not consider every last flutter of your eyelids in full detail nor do you worry about the consequences. On that day shall all the minute things be brought forth into clarity.

41 O people, be aware of your Lord who has created you from one person and He created from it its mate and sent forth from both many men and women; and be aware of Allah whom you ask about, and the relatives. Allah is Watcher over you.
This aayat shows you that WE all are NOT half, but we are full as we already have our other half.
And a personal and humble advice, please read the aayaats and ponder on them, DO NOT PONDER when you don't have AlQuraan in hand. And, always seek Allah help for the true guidance. InshaAllah, you will be on the right path.

Can you prouve that Nissa are women ? and Rijal are men ?
I see some explanations, that say Rijal are Rulers, and Nisaa are Citizens
a man is called Mar'ou , and woman is called Mara'a , male is called DHAKAR, and femele is called UNTHA , a Boy is called Fata , and a girl is called Fatat , a child boy is called Sabey, and a child girl is called Sabiya
Rijal are called Rulers , and Nissa are called Citizens, Nisaa comes from the pluriel of NASS, (NATION) , and NISAA are citizens of one NATION.Allah knows the truth
