The Proposed Peacemakers Constitution is out for discussion

The revised draft of the proposed constitution for the countries with predominantly muslim population is out for your feedback and criticism.
I have posted it at a HIDDEN forum at 19.org/forum for a select number of people, 133 friends who have either participated in our Critical Thinkers for Islamic Reform conferences or has expressed interest in
this project. After they signup as a member, I will grant them access to the hidden forum so that we could have a good discussion there before opening it to the attention of general public. Later, we might grant public access to this hidden forum.You may also read it at

There are some contradictions and a couple of major flaws in this constitution

Power is heavily centralized in a national government and very little authority is given to local government.

The word Islam is mentioned once untranslated thus contributing to the false idea that it is some Arab label and not the universal concept of peacemaking.

The word nineteen is only mentioned nine times and not nineteen times. Also, Article IV stipulated ten and not nineteen congress members for each monitor and National congress members term is five years and not the precisely nineteen years like that of the high court justices.

I was browsing the constitution and I stopped here
"global seize-fire"
This should be "cease-fire". It will need to be revised again (grammatically if not mathematically). I will point out more basic things if required (for the English version). It is still a draft but we might as well fix the elementary grammar in this one first. Language is important (Qur'an).
E.g.
"and geographic areas in Peaceland which HAS been defined" should actually be "have".
Here is the re-write for article I
"This constitution and its subsequent laws will override and supersede any existing constitutions, treaties, agreements, legislations and/or laws.
This constitution will take effect in all states, provinces and geographic areas in Peaceland which have been defined by treaties and international law.
All persons and legal entities within the republic are obligated to uphold this constitution and its amendments at all times, until it is replaced in accordance with the Article XIV.
Lessons learned from history, knowledge extracted from human experience, nature, and the Quran through deductive and inductive reasoning will be sources of guidance for all legislation and laws of the republic.
Citizens are deemed as those persons who are born in Peaceland or naturalized by law."
The original did not achieve coherent sense right here

ARTICLE II
The citizens of this nation will be called Peacemakers.
Peace within, peace with other nations, and peace with nature is the ultimate ideal of this nation.
Peace can only be attained and maintained by justice and liberty; and by individuals empowered with dignity, creativity, critical thinking and reliable information.
The government of Peaceland promotes total global peace. As an achievable step towards that goal, nations will be invited to declare global cease-fire for 4 consecutive months, gradually extending global peace to 12 months as an ultimate goal.
Wars are only for self-defense against military aggression or a party declaring offensive war. Peaceful solutions for conflicts should be explored and exhausted before military engagements.
To reduce incentives for wars, private companies within Peaceland are prohibited from designing, manufacturing and selling weapons. Mercenary activities by citizens of Peaceland in any part of the World are banned. The government will neither sell nor donate weapons to any other nation, and Peacemakeres should not make profit out of weapons or war.
The rule of law is above any other affiliation. Islam emphasizes the importance of the rule of law, justice and peace.

I was perhaps in a little hurry while looking here, but I was lost when you did the correction in reverse order, first correcting and then partially quoting the origina. That will be no problem. I will edit it and send it to you when done. At the beginning I will provide notes for the word-changes and any lengthy grammatical mishaps.
The only word-swap in the above posts was the word "goal" becoming "ideal" since it sounds like "Brave New World" otherwise.

1- Respect human rights
2- Respect democracy
3- Respect Uncle Sam (as the main supplier of democracy and guarantor of human rights)
4- Don't design, don't produce any weapons so that Uncle Sam can bring democracy more easily.

we are ruled by jinn (psychopaths), which is a metaphoric situation of the wolves who murder, rape, enslave and subjugate the sheep, through the terror generated by the wolves, the sheep give authority to these wolves to protect them from the wolves.
It is a gross failure to grasp simple concepts of Islam that anyone would suggest continuing that organisational model, natural law is the key to understanding Islam, within natural law which is universal and inalienable, each man and woman is equal in sight of the law, this simple concept precludes anyone being placed above anyone else, it precludes any legislation being imposed, it precludes all and every earthly sovereign, and when you suggest we have elected representation you suggest one man is above another.
Allah is the only sovereign.
The concept of a state is again against Islam, a state is a boundary created like a free range sheep farm, each farmer controls his sheep, they fleece them every year, they promise them a paradise of green pastures and clear rivers if they conform to the will of their master, and in the end they lead them to the slaughter, feasting from their flesh.

One could wish for better leaders, but who indeed is the real leader? Thought goes all the way up to that position. Cleanse yourself of demons, and clean the world.
