    Peace all!

We all generally pray(salat) in arabic language as known. Yes i know, there should be an international shared language but if we pray(salat) alone, is it real necessity to pray in non-native language(arabic)?

And do we have to learn a non-native language(arabic) for communicating with God?
Because, most of muslims prefer to pray in arabic, even if they are not in salat, just normal praying.

      dua'a = prayer

the regular/timed salat is something more formal, and related to The Quran, and since it is in Arabic, it is likely one's salat will be in Arabic. Of course, one should know what one is saying, according to 443.

Thus if you understand Arabic, then sure, use Arabic. If you dont understand Arabic, you are in breach of 443.

All information is correct to the best of my knowledge only and thus should not be taken as a fact. One should always seek knowledge and verify for themselves when possible: 17:36, 20:114, 35:28, 49:6, 58:11.

...If you dont understand Arabic, you are in breach of 443.

1- Do you assume that Arabic is sacred?
2- And do you believe that every muslim has to learn Arabic?
3- And do you belive that there is no need to understand the meaning of Salat's words but only necessity of kalam-lafhz...? (though 443)

                Peace,

Nothing is sacred, if there is bring your proof.
A language is simply a communication tool, and in the diversity of languages is a sign from God.
All languages from from God, it is strange that God only accept requests made in Arabic.. or understand only Arabic..
There are even those who suggested that the language spoken in heaven is Arabic..
What about hell? they speak what language? French?

Arabs want to turn the whole planet into Arab speakers and Arab Look like..
So logicically speaking, remember that God knows what is in your heart.. the language of your heart is the one that God reads and know.. speak with your heart...

                Peace

                  This!

144 We did not send any messenger except in the language of his people, so he may proclaim to them. But God misguides whom He wills, and He guides whom He wills. He is the Noble, the Wise.

3022 From His signs are the creation of the heavens and the earth, and the difference of your languages and your colors. In that are signs for the world.

So all languages are special, or "sacred", if you want. Moreover, it is the difference in languages, the uniqueness of each language and the fascinating similarities between them, which make them special.

Since the Quran was revealed to an Arabic-speaker, it was of course revealed in Arabic to him, and not in a different language. This does not make Arabic special, "holy" or "sacred".

26198 Had We sent it down upon some of the non-Arabs
26199 And he related it to them, they would not have believed in it.

This is the most powerful verse IMO

4144 Had We made it a non-Arabic reading, they would have said, "If only its signs were made clear!" Non-Arabic and Arabic, say, "For those who acknowledge, it is a guide and healing. As for those who reject, there is deafness in their ears, and they are blind to it. These will be called from a place far away."

I am no longer a Sunna-rejecter. See 4:59-65, 62:2-4, 3:31, 4:156, 7:157 Messenger teaches and is to be followed and obeyed. Examples of revelation received which is not in the Qur'an: 3:123-126, 33:37, 2:187, 66:3, 62:9.

That is very good question .
I have to go a little back
More than half century ago I had to learn Shia prayer in Arabic and after exam never prayed again as i was a atheist in hide.
I went to masques 2 times in my life, first time at age of 7 my illiterate mother forced me to go to friday prayer when I did not know any word of prayer and action and I suppose to imitate what others do.
I did and at the end stole the piece of clay marked with Arabic and had very good perfume which telling me that from Imams grave smelling like that
The second time i had to go for my one of my relative funeral.
At age of 60 all my life changed because of "The Key" which 1 billions Sunni and 200 million shia are repeating 17 times per day.
I started practicing prayer according to submission.org and reciting in Arabic, I had and for myself that have to read The Key in Arabic when I understand every word isay and comes to my mind plus those embeded numbers behind every letter.

But further search for finding 5 times 17 session in Quran was failed and my question about Quibleh never answered.
So was a question God knows only Arabic and He has a house made from stone and breaks that Mazhar can lighted on this screen. How about proof for divinity of Quran, How so many billion none Arab can understand Rashad;s finding and witness existence of a superhuman we call ....any name in any language.
This one was solved when I found that only couple months before assimilation of Rashad A Arik discovered hence Rashad called it Awesome Miracle.
Then i was believing that I have to do my prayer and i am doing it, when I wake up recite The key and when sleep too. During the day several times and do not count it is up to my mood and how much that day i live close by God.
But I believed should be in Arabic for those that understand each word and understand textual numerical interlocking system which up to now we have been able to imitate using all these smart tools.

That is only Arabic part I recite and Masha Allah too as it has used many times regularly as usual expression to see a good thing in Farsi. I never knew the meaning up to my conversion

In the past Arabs used Quran for colonizing other lands and Arabize their language and culture with force which yest is going on.
Now their children are not responsible flaw and errors done in past like any other nation These well educated and free mind people are using English in English forum and Arabic in Arabic when necessary
But we see many are commencing with Arabic sentences or words and make it difficult for none Arabic people.
Quran is for all people regardless the language and messages relate to time and location. When Quran was revealed nobody knew the earth is sphere now we know.
Finally all God is expected is in 262.
                    peace

Nonsense with Google digits is multiple is no different than 2 digits is multiple. Try the same with any verses excluded, exchange, delete verses, words, letters, entire chapters and keep re-arranging verses, chapter, front, back, totals, and you'll find multiples. That is no miracle only stupidity.

Perhaps answer the simple question, what makes belong in 201 ?

                      20 1 9 5

Why not zha or any letters or even simpler in reverse 20159 / 19 = 1061?

                      20 1 5 9

Using 28 different letters (29 with hamza) is countless multiples injecting letters in one verse!

                      (29 factorial) / 19 = 4.65355894 ? 10^29

                        Salaam,

                        443

443 O ye who believe! Approach not prayers with a mind befogged, until ye can understand all that ye say,- nor in a state of ceremonial impurity, until after washing your whole body. If ye are ill, or on a journey, or one of you cometh from offices of nature, or ye have been in contact with women, and ye find no water, then take for yourselves clean sand or earth, and rub therewith your faces and hands. For Allah doth blot out sins and forgive again and again.

It is said "Until you understand what you say"
if you don't understand Arabic, then don't go near Salaat with Arabic.
If you understand your own language, then go for Salaat with your own language.

It is not said that "until you understand what you RECITE" but what you SAY.

And also Allah did not said "Don't go near Salaat..... until you understand what you say IN ARABIC". So, Arabic is the language of AlQuraan not the language of Salaat.

And remember Allah is the Creator of all of us and our languages, and He knows all languages well.

Indeed, I share the same opinion with you. But unfortunatelly the majority is absolutely opposite to this approach. I am so confused and i feel an obligatory to learn arabic. However, even if i learned it, i know i couldn't feel the meaning as it's my native one...

What is the reason for understanding Quran's verses different from us about "arabic language" verses?

We all generally pray(salat) in arabic language as known. Yes i know, there should be an international shared language but if we pray(salat) alone, is it real necessity to pray in non-native language(arabic)?

And do we have to learn a non-native language(arabic) for communicating with God?
Because, most of muslims prefer to pray in arabic, even if they are not in salat, just normal praying.

                                  1. You are free to pray in any language that you choose..
                                  2. If a group pray together they are free to pray in any language that they agreed upon (and all of them understand)
                                  3. You don't have to learn arabic for communicating with God, God understand all languages. moreover He already knew the content of your prayer even before you say it.
                                  4. It's useless activities to communicating with someone (or something) with language that you don't understand.. you'll be like Parrot.. saying things which you don't understand..
                                  5. Arabic language, tongue or culture is not sacred at all..

                                  Salam / Peace

                                    Peace be upon you,

Languages are only signs/symbols to express realities. No matter what language one says "dont smoke cigarettes", the only important thing is that you DON'T SMOKE CIGARETTES! o)

It is the realities that we need to get to and stop getting caught up in the symbols that REPRESENT the realities. This is the only way the wicked can use these teachings for their corrupt means. No matter what language you use to describe sex, one only KNOWS sex from actual experience.

Barely anyone I know speaks arabic, what help would I give them to by talking in Arabic?

Indeed, I share the same opinion with you. But unfortunatelly the majority is absolutely opposite to this approach. I am so confused and i feel an obligatory to learn arabic. However, even if i learned it, i know i couldn't feel the meaning as it's my native one...

What is the reason for understanding Quran's verses different from us about "arabic language" verses?

                                      Salaam bro,

If you want to learn Arabic Language I will surely encourage to do so, it will help you a lot to understand AlQuraan properly. As it is said that AlQuraan is sent in Arabic Language you must have to learn that language to understand it properly.

AlQuraan aayaats are set on patterns also, just basic Arabic grammar is enough to understand AlQuraan and you have look at the patterns closely , those patterns will guide you to understand AlQuraan correctly. And you may also need to link up the aayaats with other aayaats to understand the correct explanation of that aayat.

I suggest you to learn Arabic for yourself not for others, once you learn others will agree with your point of views because now you know Arabic Language

May Allah guide us all to His true path pr

I think we need to put this 'language thingy' in proper context.

                                        1. If you want to (better) learn the Quran, then better learn arabic language.
                                        2. If you want to (better) learn the Tanakh, then better learn hebrew language.
                                        3. If you want to (better) learn the Tao Te Ching, then better learn (ancient) chinese language.

However it's not a "MUST", as God can guide you Himself through His own mean and channel if you ask for it, whatever language that you speak and understand

                                        Salam / Peace
