Ramadan when to eat?

Salam,
I have a question about Ramadan and when you have to break your fasting. Where I live in the Netherlands when the adhaan goes for the magrib it's still light outside and the light from the streets goes on but 5 minutes later or something so I personally wait till the lights go on but then It's still not dark it's getting dark. So I want to on when exactly you should break your fasting according to quran. Is it when it's getting dark or later??

Well, that's because at sunset (maghrib) the sun is not visible anymore (beneath the horizon), but there's still light.
2187 tells us to complete the fast until night. The question is, when is night? Now there are two views on this.
(1)
Night starts when it's completely dark.(2)
Night starts at sunset/maghrib (sun is below the horizon).
We hear in 2261 for example that night is merged into the day. We also hear in 1787 to persist in the "ssalaat" from sunset until the darkness of the night. And it would be redundant to say "darkness of the night" if night was by definition completely dark.There has been alot of discussion about this. Use the search function .

2187 It has been made lawful for you during the night of fasting to approach your women sexually. They are a garment for you and you are a garment for them. Allah knows that you used to betray your souls so He has accepted your repentance, and forgiven you; now you may approach them and seek what Allah has written for you. And you may eat and drink until the white thread is distinct from the black thread of dawn; then you shall complete the fast until night; and do not approach them while you are devoted in the temples. These are the boundaries of Allah, so do not transgress them. It is thus that Allah clarifies His revelations to the people who they may be righteous.
It is clear that you have to complete your fast until night, but what is night?
