I came across this verse today. And I'd like someone to shed some light on it, if possible. Does 1644 mean that the hadiths are authoritative? If not, what else could it possibly mean? And please don't go on with too much Arabic because that will just confuse me. brickwall Thanks!
May God guide us into the truth about this matter.

?(We sent them) with Clear Signs and Books of dark prophecies; and We have sent down unto (thee) the Message; that thou mayest explain clearly to men what is sent for them, and that they may give thought.?

And no, this verse doesnt support the haddiths and sunnahs.
