How are we supose to know who are those that God has condemned?

Salam. If even the greatest sin can be forgiven if you repent while alive then how are we suposed to know who are the people that the following verse talks about?

6013 O ye who believe! Turn not (for friendship) to people on whom is the Wrath of Allah, of the Hereafter they are already in despair, just as the Unbelievers are in despair about those (buried) in gra handshakeves. hands handshakehake handshake

Belief/disbelief is a dynamic thing.

There is static belief a person is a believer over a long expanse of time
There is dynamic disbelief a person rejects good for a short period of time

Ever watched the matrix? Pay attention to the machine army. Quran is essentially saying stay away from the machines who try to exert their omnipotent will by oppressive force.
