    Peace be with you all. I have just watched a video on you tube of Harun Yahya on the arrogance of Satan. Once I was finished with that, I saw a video callef beware of Harun Yahya. The video is I think by Bilal Philips.

    I kind of agree with Bilal that God is not in everyone and everything. However I do believe that we have a conection with Him. Like when i feel faith, love, compassion, sense of justice etc in my heart, I believe that that Is from God, from that connection with him.

    The following verse is one if the verses that to me explains that He that is God Himself is not everywhere or in everyone.

    Now Chapter 11 117 He is the One who has created the heavens and the earth in six days, and His Throne was upon the water; so as to test who from among you works the best. And when you say "You will be resurrected after the death," those who have rejected say "This is but clear magic!

    He also sends angels to help us, so that is one way in wich He choses to conect to us.

    Anyway what do the rest of you think?

    Thanks

      Peace,

      All the things you mentioned are emotions and it is very subjective, it is something only you experience. For example, Christians claim to feel the love of Jesus and that is why their religion is true. This is the problem with humans is that we are very capricious, easy to go back-and-forth.

      This is why we must use reason when it comes to God. God states in the Quran that He gave us the eyes, ears, and the faculties to understand the world around us. It is with this logic that we come to the path of Submission, not by our emotions. I can remember as a kid crying at a pastor giving a sermon. Similarly, many people are duped by teleevangelists and feel the "Spirit" and give out their paychecks to "sow a seed" in God's Kingdom. Obviously, this is just their emotions speaking, no truth in it whatsoever.

      We should be careful when allocating these feelings to God.

      Peace

        God is omnipresent

        {186}
        And when My servants ask you concerning Me, then surely I am very near; I answer the prayer of the suppliant when he calls on Me, so they should answer My call and believe in Me that they may walk in the right way.

        {16}
        And certainly We created man, and We know what his mind suggests to him, and We are nearer to him than his life-vein.

        To say God is not present is to diminish His presence without understanding how it works. Pay attention to the signs of the moment, God gives us signs ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS. For example I sat down the other way to read over my notes. God blew the wind to the pages He wanted me to read. So I read them and I was happy.

        God is present everywhere an artist draws a painting and gives his painting away. Wherever the painting goes, the artist's touch is present. When you watch a film, you know person X directed the film. Their touch is present directly. God is on the throne, but that does not preclude His presence, rather it supports it.

        {4}
        To Him ascend the angels and the Spirit in a day the measure of which is fifty thousand years.

          Allah not being omnipotent ( and thus omnipresent and omniscient ) is greatly illogical and I refuse to believe in such kind of creator. He definitely is everywhere and knows everything and has unlimited power

            Shalom,

            For those who cant accept that God may not be everywhere physically

            Its like rejecting the CEO of microsoft/tesco/hsbc/etc on the basis that they are not present in every brunch. Come on, if creations can create UAVs that fly over a terrorists home day/night and keep track of him 24/7 and hold the power to destroy the terrorist at the click of a button from thousands of miles away........ just imagine what technology the creator uses. Why is it necessary for HIM to hang around everything ? That kind of sounds INFERIOR to be honest.

            It reminds me of the a carton where they were mocking the hindu godess Durga. Durga was shown to be sitting in the core of the earth and pressing buttons with her 9 hands tirelessly. This is primitive a very perception of CONTROL.

            I say, to Him belongs the domination of heaven and the earth and the things you know and the thing you dont know, even without Him having to press a single button.

            PEACE

                    Peace. One of my arguments as to why God would not be present Himself inside of us is hell. I mean think about it, is he going to burn Him self for eternity. There is no way that God of the Quran is going to do something like that!

                    Thanks

                      You think the almighty can't handle the fire he created? Remember God sees and hears ALL things. All things means ALL things. Why apply human limitations to a limitless being?
