Read a prior post debating the reliability of the Quran as translated by The Monotheist Group. Some do not trust it's accuracy. Then there is the Quran translation as performed by Edip Yuksel. Which one would be more accurate? I have both.

I personally like Edip's Translation, because it referenses back to many topics, relatable Sources, scriptures, scientific theories (Big bang, Fission, psychological concepts (Asch's Conformity), and a possible mathematical composition of the Quran.

I like Rashad Khalifa's Translation because the English is substantial, and it flows nicely.

I would place the Monothiest Group as #3, because it is really what it is, a translation. Sometimes, Words don't flow, and the arrangement of words is not as nice as the previous translations. Furthure more, it does not had referenses or more information.

My advice would be, read Rashad Khalifa's, then Edip's with the referenses.
