what if the words in the quran are not meant to be corroborated?

hi i am new here. it seems most quranist would use the method of corroborating the words used in one verse with another ones, but what if the words in the quran are not meant to be corroborated? what if one word can mean two things? i am not a linguist, but i think there are some occurence in certain language where a word can be used to mean another thing.

482 Do they not reflect on the Qur'an? If it was from any other than GOD they would have found in it many a discrepancy.
37 He is the One who sent down to you the Book, from which there are firm revelations; they are the essence of the Book; and others which are similar. As for those who have a disease in their hearts, they will follow what is similar from it seeking to confuse, and seeking to derive an interpretation. But none know its interpretation except GOD, and those who are well founded in knowledge; they say "We believe in it, all is from our Lord." And none will remember except those who possess intelligence.
3923 GOD has sent down the best narrative, a Book that is similar, dual. The skins of those who are concerned towards their Lord shiver from it, then their skins and their hearts soften up to the remembrance of GOD. Such is the guidance of GOD; He guides with it whoever He wills. And for whoever GOD misguides, then none can guide him.

Of course one word can mean different things, but there should be a valid reason for it, i.e. based on logic or as per Quranic understanding.
The criteria should not be "my view of that word doesn't fit there, that means it must mean something else there". This is pretty much the Traditionalist position, and now, sometimes the "Quranist" position.

Well, no matter which translation I read, I often find that one word may mean 2 things under 2 different circumstance. So couldn't really understand your point. Are you referring to anything specific ? like an article about studying Qur'an may be ?
