Lying

Hello.
One problem in Islam is that some may think that lying is accept.
I think its comming from the Hadit Taqiya. Muhammed is quoted for saing lying sometimes is accepted.I know that everyone sometimes can to tell a little lie. But to say its allowed by God seems not right. And aint it the righoutous whom never are lying?
God is clear saing that lying is not accepted and only the non beliwers doing so (16.105)They only invent falsehood who do not believe in the verses of Allah , and it is those who are the liars

Is it sometimes accepted to lie.
Or do God clearly say that lying is never accepted.Peace

That verse doesn't mean lying in overall. But like inventing important things about the state of reality that aren't real. Take hadiths as an example

Peace. If you look into the story of Joseph you will come across the part where he placed the cup in his youngest brothers bag. Then he acused him of stealing just so that he could have his brother. This chapter of the Quran tell me that God aproves of liying when done in order to achive good. Like it would be ok to lie to the criminals if you are an undercover police officer. If you where a German in the second world war and the nazis come asking are there any Jews in your house and you lie to protect them well then you have done a very good thing because as we all know those Jews didn't comit any crimes.
But to lie to police for instance here in Australia where they have fair laws and where laws are generally respected would be very bad. Or to lie to the courts where the punishments ate ok it would be very bad.
So with everything in life you have to judge every situation separatelly and never abuse the privileges given to you by the Most merciful!

But likely not haram, since nobody can be your authority except Allah ( at least in these days when they had to respect Prophets if they believed, or when not in a team with a few people and one leader which can happen even today )

Salam, I think learning from the stories in the Quran is a wise way to judge when it comes to right and wrong if we dont have any clear line that sais haram. So I agree with brother Ervin about the story of Yousef. At the same time we have to remember 612,3.
"You, you those believed, why/for what (do) you say what you do not make/do ?"
"Abhorrence/hatred became big at God that (E) you say what you do not make/do ."
