Seeking conversion.. because "my imam" back then told me when I managed to convert a person, then I will get some share of his good deeds afterwards.. so it's a kind of MLM business perhaps.. rotfl rotflSalam / Peace
They really tell people that??! So if you get enough converts, you can pretty much do nothing and coast into paradise?!!? When I was a kid and we had Vacation Bible School, they always gave a prize for the kid who brought the most friends. Maybe they should have promised us merit like that! rotfl

Well, that was kind of my point. If you are honest, how can you still say that Qur'an is the number one authority ??? I mean, I respect your right to believe that hadiths are divine and they can go against the Qur'an and must be followed even when Qur'an disagrees. But I dont respect you the moment you "Claim" that Al-Qur'an is your number one source.
I dont know why they promote this "No. 1 Source" lie, probably to sell Allah's ayaats ??? Don't know !! Many times I have seen scholars and muslims impressing Christian/hindu audience with Qur'an. The moment the individual converts to Islam, "Good Bye Qur'an" happens.

------------- Student of AllahGood point. Many people who converted to Islam through Quran did the mistake of going to the mosque and then getting "converted again" to Sunnism. A year or two later many left Islam because the rigitidity of the Sunnah.
The reason why they say Quran is number one source even if its a lie is to sell the Sunnah to the Muslim masses. Most Muslims think the Sunnah explains the Quran. They are not aware of exactly what role the Sunnah plays. Its all "Islam" for them.

Wow! My Imam is better, when I helped convert someone he said I was 100% getting Jannah, but no sex with hurs for me cause I am female, thats for the men .. but I will sure be purrrty...lol
When I converted it was Qur'an and then... Oh by the way.. you need to kill black dogs, drink camel pee and watch monkeys stone each other for adultery. Toto, I don't think we are in Kansas anymore

The priest in your "Vacation Bible School" need to spend some $$$ for the prize.
While my Imam doesn't need to spend anything.. because "the reward shall come from Allah"...

God says in 496 "You, you those who believed, if a debaucher came to you with news/information, so seek clarification/explanation that (E) you strike/hit a nation with ignorance/foolishness, so you become/become in the morning on what you made/did regretful/remorseful"
From what you write I understand you are not a debaucher)ohh... about Shalom Aleikhom.... well... Jesus kinda said something similar...God raised the dead for him, Moses kinda said something similar...God parted the Nile for him.... so....mmmm..hmm... I dont know.. you make up the conclusion. If you cant, just email Imam Bukhari ([email protected])...he is good at that )

Im just being honest, we are being bombarded with information from everywhere and its so hard to verify everything. You read the news and trust the sources and talk to your friends about the news you red as if you were there and seen them by your self.
