ARE WE THE PROPHET'S SERVANTS?

We are servants of the God. The messenger is only delivering the message.
We are to serve the God by serving the message. It does not say serve Muhammad, or Serve Jimmy, or any name. It is the God concept which includes the messengers that we serve.
We should think of ourselves as part of a whole, not something that is not connected to the God.

Yes, we have the same belief. But why is the prophet commanded to say "O my servants.."? We are of the understanding that God is supposed to say that Himself, not the prophet, isn't it?

The bringer of the rebewed message(nabi) does not speak of his own accord, so it is really the God speaking.
Whenever we speak the truth, it is the God speaking. I think the following verse may shed some light on this very interesting verse you presented.
(817) So you did not kill them, and but The God killed them, and you did not throw when you threw, and but The God threw, and (it is for) The God to test the believers from Him a good test, truly The God (is) hearing/listening, knowledgeable

Hmm, this verse may imply Ayn-Ba-Dal is closer to service, rather than worship (i.e. 'my servants' not 'my worshipers').
In any case, in the sphere of revelation, it is the Word of The God, thus not of the prophet's own accord. Being in the messenger's service is akin to being in service to the message.
