I too see surah 4119 most applicable in this century of capitalistCapitalism is an ancient practice too.. yet only recently people start to name it as 'capitalism'..
The ancient practice of cutting the livestock's ear as a mark of 'ownership' is a striking evidence to that..
Livestock IS the capital of its 'owner'..May be cutting off the sheep's ears is an old practice to mark the ownership of the cattle, but this was used when first cloning ?Dolly? the sheep and after that,
Dolly's initial DNA was NOT taken from another sheep's ear..
Her DNA was taken from another sheep 'breast'.. the 'mammary gland' to be exact..
That's why she was named "Dolly", from "Dolly Parton" who's very famous of her humongous sized breast...to alter God?s creation, plastic surgery became widely available to ordinary people all over the world, deceiving humans with fancies to look young, beautiful and be happy forever.

Everyone has to mention the name of God upon his/her own food. One cannot rely on another person to do it for oneself. The whole point is that we REMEMBER GOD. How can you remember God if you buy food upon which OTHER people mentioned God's name? That defeats the whole purpose of mentioning God's name on the food.

It is no coincidence that the following verse contains mentioning God's name upon our food. Many peopled are misguided and copy the mistakes that the Jews made with their intricate dietary prohibitions, and many do not want to follow God and remember Him themselves when they eat.

I recommend the movie Food Inc. to all. Also, I think the U.S. is very far behind in terms of food regulations. In the EU, for example, using antibiotics in food is forbidden, unlike in the U.S.
Watch what you're eating.
And in terms of GMO and cloning, the Quran mentions this4119 (Satan - our evil, rebellious mindset and thoughts - said) "I will misguide them and make them desire, and I will command them, so that they will mark the ears of the livestock, and I will command them so they will make change to God's creation." Whoever takes the devil as a supporter other than God, then he has indeed lost a great loss.

You are right! Over ALL food must be recited bismillah. I was however talking about "Halal" meat sold in markets. The source is not of which Allah intended. It is misleading because it reads "halal", and because it had Allahs name mentioned before the kill (hopefully), but the standards of the way it was raised are not accounted for.
Really what I meant in this post is an eye opener! Anyone who is aware, and continues to consume these foods, are giving in to shaytans "evil plan" hahah (I will go so far as to say that). What they really are eating, and I am using a cow, but all animals, dairy products, and eggs, well let's go even further.....and nuts, seeds, grains and vegetables and fruit, for the majority are HARAM!

Everyone has to mention the name of God upon his/her own food. One cannot rely on another person to do it for oneself. The whole point is that we REMEMBER GOD. How can you remember God if you buy food upon which OTHER people mentioned God's name? That defeats the whole purpose of mentioning God's name on the food.

Another good point, It seems we can't run from anything no matter where in the world we are. We have the problem with Chem trails (I don't see much different between the harmful effects of that and Europes problem, environmentally speaking), so I am sure if you did a survey on life decreasing in the US, you might find worse results. De-population, those are the famous words of the people in support of (shaytans) New Word Order!

Perfectly said! Food is the source of all of these gripes, it really is where all the false desires start. These crazy highs and lows you get from processed things, the nature of unwrap, consume, throw away and the sheer disconnect between the origin of the food and what's on our plate all just evil. It throws our brain's reward systems into chaos then it spreads to the rest of our lives. Everything must happen now and it has to pack a punch. We lose all sense of subtle peace then the voice of God gets clouded. This is a silent one sided war that's ravaging humanity from the inside out, it's like everybody's already on fire. No wonder God repeats over and over again the importance of eating food dedicated to He alone.
