Which Salat? A new form

What does everyone think of this form of Salat? Seems strange to me

It is the only way and form that I ever prayed and offered Salats, when I prayed!

It is the way as taught by late Mr. Rashad Khalifa PhD, on his website Masjid Tuscon.

Dear GODSubmitter,

That's what I mean.

The Submitter way of Rashad Khailifa is just the same as the
standard Islamic Salat, but without the names of the Prophet (SAW)etc..

However this other form seems radically different in a few ways...

any other ideas form others?
