    Peace,

Abraham was great because he was the friend of GOD.

Now you may ask, how come, and how does one gain the friendship of GOD?

    Tough!!

By letting nothing betweem the Sun and te core of the earth.

    Now, what is an idol?

    Anything believed that has limits.

Let's begin with these letters you're reading.

Any word is a potential idol. That's why people get upset when you attack their words.

As long as the language is the prison of the self, the words are the partners of God.

Hence, most cannot believe except while setting up partners.

Now Abraham was of the kind that could do stuff beyond what idolaters could comprehend, and anyone who gets free from what eyes see, can do just that.

To serve God, is to allow the Presence of GOD alone in the body.

And idols, prevent the Presence of GOD.

That's why most get stuck in the level of language, they say what they don't do, and are slaves of the own opinions.

    Once free, you see.

Abraham was great because he knew how to allow the greatness of Existence live.

Praise be to what makes the human see.

    Peace,
    R.

Please, if you can, why was he so great? Or is it that, that is how he has been depicted to us!

The one who built the Kaaba? did he?
the one who broke the idols? surely we can all do that now aswell!

or is there something else .

    Thanks All.

      Salaam,

Is there a specific post I have to read or do you expect me to read 56 pages?

Not sure what you wanted to show me with 472

      Salaam,
      Bender

      Salaam,

Don't you know what he wanted to show you in 472? He wanted to show you the name of Muhammed in Arabic. Do you deny?

        Salaam,

        How about Musa?

        2040
2040 when your sister went and said, 'Shall I direct you to someone who will be responsible for him?' So We restored you to your mother that she might be content and not grieve. And you killed someone, but We saved you from retaliation and tried you with a trial. And you remained years among the people of Madyan. Then you came at the decreed time, O Musa.

        2041
2041 And I have chosen you for Myself

May Allah increase us in knowledge and guide us to His true path pr

It depends some may get the answer in first post as of Why Praise be to Muhammad Rasool Allah? and some may keep on repeating the same question till end of 56 pages.

You have to bother a little by translating the Ayat.

I regularly refer to the story of Abraham in Quran as "the blueprint".

                Dictionary

                blueprint
Something that acts as a plan, model, or template
something intended as a guide for making something else

All information is correct to the best of my knowledge only and thus should not be taken as a fact. One should always seek knowledge and verify for themselves when possible: 17:36, 20:114, 35:28, 49:6, 58:11.
