the word ilah is equal with "god" with small "g".

Unfortunately you gave no diacritic into that word.

If we input the diacritic - Aalihii = divine, godlike (adjective)

• Ilahi = my god (ilah = god and hi is pronoun of anta/my)

I also checked in baheeth.com if the word seems more close to "my god" in Classical Arab.

Don't know, but maybe other members have more opinion.
