Would it be possible to have a section (parhaps as part of the messages section) where it would be possible to mark interesting threads/ topics to "read later". I am able to bookmark them on my phone, but don't know how to do it via my laptop (perhaps this is telling of my I.C.T. incompetence!)

There used to be a "bookmarks" tab at the top, but I think when the forum was hacked then re-uploaded it was gone. So it was probably an add-on extension. If so, you may wish to PM the admin member who deals with that.
Or, depending on which browser you use, you can bookmark/favourite links, e.g. Firefox (right click, bookmark) etc. Google how to for whatever browser you use.

I don't know what "browser" means and "Firefox" and all that gubbins confused Nevermind! )
However, if you're saying whether I have a "bookmarks" tab on my internet thing (hmmmm...is that what a browser is..... !), then I don't have it or I just can't see it-hence the inception of this query!
I think this forum is excellent. Even I can navigate around it with relative ease and it has lots of really interesting features, so I was surprised that I could not find a "bookmarks" facility. Anyway, thank you for your endeavours, Wakas. I will contact the specific administrator as instructed.
