    Please don't be offended, but give us a reasoning on the matter.

    Who came as a messenger after Abraham Ismail?

    And remember Abraham and Isma'il raised the foundations of the House (With this prayer) "Our Lord! Accept (this service) from us For Thou art the All-Hearing, the All-knowing.

    "Our Lord! make of us Muslims, bowing to Thy (Will), and of our progeny a people Muslim, bowing to Thy (will); and show us our place for the celebration of (due) rites; and turn unto us (in Mercy); for Thou art the Oft-Returning, Most Merciful.

    Moses came back to his people after spending all his life in Pharoah?s camp, didn?t he?
    So who is the Messenger?

    "Our Lord! send amongst them a Messenger of their own, who shall rehearse Thy Signs to them and instruct them in scripture and wisdom, and sanctify them For Thou art the Exalted in Might, the Wise."

    Qibla = straight way.

    The fools among the people will say "What hath turned them from the Qibla to which they were used?" Say To Allah belong both east and West He guideth whom He will to a WAY THAT IS STRAIGHT.

    Streight way;

    Say "Come, I will rehearse what Allah hath (really) prohibited you from" Join not anything as equal with Him; be good to your parents; kill not your children on a plea of want;- We provide sustenance for you and for them;- come not nigh to shameful deeds. Whether open or secret; take not life, which Allah hath made sacred, except by way of justice and law thus doth He command you, that ye may learn wisdom.

    And come not nigh to the orphan's property, except to improve it, until he attain the age of full strength; give measure and weight with (full) justice;- no burden do We place on any soul, but that which it can bear;- whenever ye speak, speak justly, even if a near relative is concerned; and fulfil the covenant of Allah thus doth He command you, that ye may remember

    Verily, this is MY WAY, LEADING STRAIGHT follow it follow not (other) paths they will scatter you about from His (great) path thus doth He command you. that ye may be righteous.

    peace to all.

      Are you implying "qiblah" means "straight way", thus...

      2142 ....."What hath turned them from the straight-way to which they were used?"

      Were they changed from a straight-way to a crooked way, or something else? Explain.

      All information is correct to the best of my knowledge only and thus should not be taken as a fact. One should always seek knowledge and verify for themselves when possible: 17:36, 20:114, 35:28, 49:6, 58:11.

        Sorry i meant ;

        New Qibla = straight way.

        The Qibla is "the way" irrespective of whether its straight or crooked, and as the ayah is saying there Qibla was changed to sirraat Mustaqeem - the straight way.

        The fools among the people will say "What hath turned them from the Qibla to which they were used?" Say To Allah belong both east and West He guideth whom He will to a WAY THAT IS STRAIGHT.

        As the ayah ia saying - they were used to a qibla and now they are shown the straight way -

        which is described 6151-153

          and as the ayah is saying there Qibla was changed to sirraat Mustaqeem - the straight way.

          Actually, that's your interpretation of what the ayah is saying.

            well lets see, what the two ayah's said;

            The qibla changed from the previous to the new , to the straight path ,SIRATINMUSTAQEEM, yes?
            2142
            The foolish from among the people will say "What has turned them away from the focal point that they were on?" Say "To God are the east and the west, He guides whomsoever He wishes to a straight path."

            6153 is stating what the straight path,SIRATINMUSTAQEEM, is, isn't it?

            Isn't that factual enough? hypno
